Do not I repeat do not eat here. If I could given this place a zero I would. I walked in with the excitement of having a nice hot breakfast. This was not the case. My order was Classic Eggs Benedict with Classic French toast easy meal quick to turn out. My drink was ice tea. The server brought my drink in a to go cup because she didn’t want me to see whatever was floating in my drink. Then I waited for a half hour for a different server to bring me my food and say “I am sorry your server forgot about you” I was the only person in the restaurant! My food had been done for along time because it was cold. Then it was missing half the item they brought the items out to me which was hash browns and French toast. I eat my cold food and as I did I got to listen to the employee curse and carry on as well as talk about their bow movements and the appearance of it and staying in the restroom long enough that the lights went out. Once done with my cold food I moved onto the hash browns and French toast the hash browns were to be expected however when I went to eat my French toast it wasn’t even cooked I turned it over and the bottom side was still raw egg. At this point I was done I just wanted to leave because I could have went to McDonald’s for a better meal. Two things need to happen corporate needs to step in to get this place in line and the health department needs to do a visit.

Ordered 2x2x2 with eggs over medium well. Eggs were burnt and cooked about three minutes past well done. Bacon was burnt on one end and nearly raw on the other. I don’t know how you accomplish that. Pancakes were good.

I love the friendliness atmosphere but I've always disliked the taste of the cooked foods because it has no seasonings.. pancakes are always fresh.

Food was ok. Service was good & my food came out quickly. I went to the restroom on my way out & one of the kitchen staff was coming out of a stall. He walked right out without washing his hands. He may have washed them the second he got into the kitchen, but he absolutely didn't wash them in the restroom.

They just didn't have anything I ordered. I wanted french vanilla creamer for my coffee, but they were out. I ordered turkey sausage, and they were out of that. Then my friend ordered the steak breakfast and then came out with steak strips. The waitress was very friendly but was unaware they were out until after we placed the order. I will go back, though. Maybe it was just a bad morning for them.

It was Sunday afternoon and very busy. Waited a long time for food to come and eggs were cold. I brought it to the server's attention and she asked me what would I like her to do, did I want her to speak with her manager. I couldn't believe the question wasn't...would you like me to bring you a fresh plate of hot eggs. I could deal with the pancakes 🥞, but not cold eggs.

The food was good and the service was good. Betty our server was very attentive and pleasant. I have however decided yet that today was the last time I will patronize an IHOP restaurant. I’m over accepting mediocre experiences. IHOP especially this location, smells horrible. I almost turned around upon entering the restaurant. If I was alone I would’ve turned around. The restroom smell was 10 times worse. I do appreciate Betty the server I don’t want to take away from her good customer service.

I wish I could take away the stars and give them Zero Me and my family visited here about two weeks ago after church our waitress clothes was filthy she sat down and took our order brought out beverages in nasty cups and never put our order in after being there for over an hour we noticed ppl who came in after us was getting their food that when it was discovered our order was never put in after almost 2 hrs we got up to leave but not before complaining to manager and also the general manager who was there at the restaurant was told please come back your food will be on us guess what went back two weeks later a new general manager was there so we explained what happened and was told food would be on the house lol that didn’t happen the now new general manager only took off one meal which it was four us the same that received the horrible service the first time. Again we sat there over an hr or longer before they brought out our food only person this time was excellent and that was our waitress Minnie she was the bomb however I still won’t be back
