Much improved service on the day we went. They’ve changed the menu and added eggs Benedict. We ordered an omelette, the quick 2 egg breakfast and cinnastax combo

I ordered Swedish pancakes and they were rancid. Our server was very nice and tried her best to fix things. They didn't offer me a discount.

Don’t do takeout they will blame you for how late they are? I don’t understand? Where is the manager? Where are the adults? When you ask them simple questions, They dismiss it and say sit down. I’m sorry I’ve been sitting for 15 minutes. Either answer some questions or get the food? I’m done sitting. I thought servers were nice. Come here but don’t tip

Terrible service tonight when we went. The waitress kept screaming around the restaurant. Screaming about having to clean the orange juice machine, and when I asked about pumpkin pancakes. She yelled at the cook from our table if they had batter to do them, which we sat in the front of the restaurant. She kept screaming at the cook multiple times. People walked out before us, and we definitely wanted to go too but already ordered our food. One of the funniest things was my brothers hamburger, he got half a patty! Definitely won’t be back to the Layton location.

Food was cold order was wrong Bacon was gray they don't know the difference between poaching eggs and scrambling eggs The French toast was chewy hardly no strawberries on it and maybe a quarter of a banana on it we could hear the conversations of the cook and the other servers back there making fun of at least a couple of customers in Spanish One of the customers and his son left because they were making fun of him you can hear quite plainly in the kitchen the Spanish going on and some of us speak Spanish so we understood it quite plainly I know it's hard to find people I know not everybody wants to work and you know the pay is not that great but decent food and at least be nice to your customers whether you're in the kitchen or whether you can be heard and serving good hot food that should be ordered the right way it's also a really good thing so we were not at all happy with our service

The breakfast crepes were very good, with eggs and hashbrowns and cheese inside them. The food came much faster than 9ther IHOPs I've been to. The Tres Leches pancakes were good, the New York Cheesecake pancakes were underwhelming, they basically pancakes with some strawberries and some cream something in the middle, but not across the whole pancakes.

We had a party of 6 and went in at noon on a Saturday. There wasn’t a wait thank goodness. Our waitress was Jausylon. When she brought us our drinks she was very aggressive and slammed drinks on the table when she realized we were in a conversation and weren’t paying attention to her. She proceeded to give us death glares throughout our meal and was quite rude. Also the kitchen needs to work on their cooking skills. The food was rubbery and nasty and honestly not worth the $102 we spent.

I've tried really hard to give this location a chance but have been consistently disappointed. My take out orders have basically never been ready anywhere near the estimated time (ex. 15-60 minutes late). The customer service in each instance has been found lacking. The manager twice, today included, has told me that my order is not ready despite never obtaining my name. He has also seen me waiting and not spoken on multiple occasions. The rate of accuracy for my orders has been around 60% with today being no exception. After waiting over an hour past the expected pick up time, I arrived home to find that part of my order is missing. I am unable to return and after being on hold for 15 minutes, am going to eat my cold food and apparently be out food and money. I understand that there may be staffing challenges, but that does not excuse poor customer service. If I can manage to interact respectfully and kindly in the midst of my frustration, the employees here can do the same.
