We stopped here for lunch on our way home today. I ordered the biscuit and gravy, which comes with 2 eggs(however you want them cooked), 4 sausage links, and hashbrowns. I also ordered cinnamon donut holes with caramel 😋, and my black coffee. I am absolutely stuffed. The service here is great. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and the food was really good and hot. Prices are pretty good as well. Family friendly. I have been to this location in Jonesboro before, and I am never disappointed.
The man that seated my husband and I was sweating so bad that is long sleeve blue dress shirt was covered in sweat. He had no undershirt under it and the top bottom was not buttoned. This did not look professional at all. The bathroom was not clean, as I was going in another lady warned me not to use two of the stalls. The cleaning schedule on the wall said it had last been cleaned Friday night. This was Saturday morning around 10:30. The kitchen had a bad smell as I passed on my way to the restroom. I almost slid down walking back to my table because some parts of the floor were greasy. Our waiter was exceptionally nice and professional though. As we were leaving I noticed the windows of the doors had it look liked a months worth of fingerprints. The floor in the foyer looked like it hadn’t had a good sweeping in awhile around the seating area and the entry way. I don’t know if we will go back.
Waitress was exceptionally rude, made no eye contact, barely spoke in an understandable manner. Food was terrible— cold and not served as described on menu. The restaurant itself was filthy— floors sticky, tables not clean. A terrible experience which I will never chance repeating.
The food was decent but the service was great. Not the best IHOP I have been to food wise, however, it’s not the worst.
It was newly renovated inside, with a much nicer parking lot. I thought I'd give them another shot after my last experience was far from good. Arrived at 9am. I was seated by the manager who didn't respond when I said, "How are you today?" I then waited roughly 10 minutes for my drink order, so I went ahead and ordered the food as well. I got the biscuits and gravy combo. The gravy, or maybe the biscuit, tasted very sour. I couldn't finish anything on my plate but the bacon (3 pieces). I had 2 cups of coffee, and I even tipped my waitress $5 because she said she only makes $2.50/hr with tips, yet doesn't receive many tips, therefore hardly making her $11.50/hr quota. Sad place then, and it's a sad place now.
Food was adequate. Service was friendly and pleasant but obviously management doesn't bother with proper training. How does a person eat a complete late breakfast without a single offer of a coffee refill? I don't think I'll bother with this location again.
when me and my friends first got here we waited at least 30 minutes before we even got drinks ( still didn’t meet our server) a guy from the kitchen took our order for drinks. then after we been sitting for another 30 min these people came in and got seated by us and they got their food and drinks and was done eating meanwhile we were still waiting to order our food! once a server came by to take our order it still took forever for food to come out. once it did my hashbrowns were made wrong and also there was hair in my friends quesadilla, i had ordered a chicken fajita omelette and my chicken was under cooked ! oh and why all this is happening guess who we still haven’t seen the entire time our server! hasn’t checked on us refilled our drinks or anything! we’ve had to wave the manger down twice and she had to go get the things we needed.
The go to place for good comfort food & coffee. Good selection on senior menu. Food is hot and well prepared. Seems to be new management these days as place is cleaner and wait service is much better. The only reason I didn’t give 5 ⭐️ is the tables & chairs need repairs. Wobbling tables and chairs are not conducive to a great meal.
