Really a pretty good IHOP location. Building is older and could use a facelist on inside. Not the most well marked or easy to find. Food is what you expect at IHOP but was nicely done and tasty. Service was tremendously friendly and welcoming.

Even we have visited this IHOP around 8pm, we have received great service! Lovely and smiling host and waitress. Our waitress Erica was so nice and caring. Got our food and drinks in a blink of an eye! We left with full tummies and great mood! Thanks!

Took granddaughter for new Grinch promo. Not staffed for a Saturday. No manager doing table touches. Hubby & I got 1 cup if coffee each. Knowing the server personally was the best part of the visit.

I love this breakfast place. They have a cozy seating and very good menu. I love their veggie omelets and blueberry pancakes.

Short staffed post Christmas. Very long wait. Staff was apologetic and did their best to update customers on situation.

Decent service, odd location. It can be seen very well from "normal" traffic, you just can't get there directly. You have to turn the corner & take a side road to come in from behind the store front.

I don't wear lipstick. The food was good and the kids liked it. Didn't notice the stain until after I drank all my tea.

Even at getting there at about 30 minutes before closing the food was awesome and service was great. nothing lacked
