Man, this used to be an awesome place to go where you could order monster cheese sticks and a bacon cheese burger or fried chicken for breakfast. Now, that may still be an option but somethings different about ihop now. The menu keeps getting wilder but the food keeps getting worse. And the service has sadly been just as bad. It’s one thing right now to be under staffed, but it’s all about letting the customers know, communicating, and checking in on them while they wait 45 minutes for a fruit up, a basic breakfast plate and an omelet. Out of everything on the menu, the omelets still hold up to being good, they aren’t what they used to be, but for the quantity and quality, it’s decent. I don’t recommend the Turkey dinner, it’s weird and tastes like it comes in a can. Don’t be enticed by the fruit cup, it looks nothing like the photos and isn’t as fresh as it should be either, also, the portion is really small. And I’m giving an extra star because they have PLANT BASED SAUSAGE!! Thanks IHOP. Well All in all, I wouldn’t go here unless I had to. It used to be a happening place for us, even after a late night movie or a night out. Now I’d rather swing by Taco Bell that late where at least it’s consistent.

Always a cozy atmosphere at IHOP. Food was amazing and service was quick. One of my favorite places to go.

Unfortunately our experience was not great. The photo shows food that looks really great but once you took a bite it’s not fully cooked. The eggs on the omelette was the only thing done all inside ingredients where not. The French toast was a little soggy in the center and sausage not done almost cold. Not our favorite meal.

T-Bone Steak & Eggs is a must try 😎😎😎... Special thanks to Brittney for her exceptional service during our visit to IHOP in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It was a delightful experience, especially when we ordered their renowned T-Bone Steak & Eggs. From the moment we entered the restaurant until the moment we left, we were treated with utmost care and attention. The T-Bone Steak & Eggs at IHOP in Hot Springs was truly a treat for the taste buds. The dish consisted of a succulent T-bone steak cooked to perfection, accompanied by a generous portion of fluffy scrambled eggs, and served with a side of golden hash browns. The presentation of the dish was impressive, with the steak beautifully seared and the eggs perfectly scrambled. The T-bone steak was cooked exactly as we had requested, with a juicy and tender texture that was simply mouthwatering. The steak was seasoned impeccably, enhancing its natural flavors without overpowering them. Each bite was a symphony of savory goodness, and the meat practically melted in our mouths. It was evident that IHOP takes great pride in their steak preparation, as it was undoubtedly one of the best we have ever had. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy, providing a delightful contrast to the hearty steak. They were cooked to perfection, retaining their moisture and avoiding any rubbery texture. The eggs were seasoned well, adding a touch of saltiness that complemented the flavors of the steak. Paired with the crispy and golden hash browns, the combination was a harmonious medley of textures and flavors that left us feeling fully satisfied. Moreover, the portion size of the T-Bone Steak & Eggs was generous, ensuring that we had a hearty and fulfilling meal. The attentive staff, including Brittney, ensured that our dining experience was seamless. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and appreciated throughout our visit. In conclusion, IHOP in Hot Springs, Arkansas exceeded our expectations with their T-Bone Steak & Eggs dish. Hot springs IHOP is down on their "luck" right now. There was one other party of three last night in Ihop... I had the eggs benedict. After 30 min post order a waitress that was not ours asked how I wanted my eggs.... I told her I ordered the eggs benny and she starred into my eyes silently...........Poached, I would like them poached please.... she said that's what she thought and walked away. 20 min later our food arrived. Wife had ham and cheese omelet, daughter had crapes.... 50 minutes.... my eggs were hard yoked, and potatoes were just above cooked (I asked for crispy). The potatoes around the table were the same. I hope someone comes in and turns this place around. Start with urinalysis for the workers. Although she was speedy, our waitress was on one. Waffle house for now on.....

I love belgian waffles. Nobody does belgian waffles like IHOP. However, when they are served late, they aren't hot anymore, and the butter wont melt. Hard to eat globs of butter. See pic. Waitress was friendly.

I went in for lunch. It was just past 1:30 p.m. I was seated fairly quickly. But it was 5 minutes until I saw my server. I placed my order and asked for some water. It was hot and I needed a drink. It took 8 minutes to get that water. I don't recall how long it was to get my food. When did finally arrive there was no syrup or eating utensils. And I had a bad feeling so I checked and my order was barely warm. The butter on my pancakes wouldn't even melt butter. It was about 5 more minutes till I saw my server again to ask for silverware and syrup. She apologized and and if she could warm my food. I told her it wasn't warm to begin with. But she reheated somehow and brought it back. I accepted it because I had given up by then. And waited impatiently for my check whenever that would be.

OK the food was great. Server was great. Speedy and attentive. However 👀 the dinning area was nasty. And I mean nasty. Food pieces all over the floor. Everywhere! And not little either like half a pancake. Chicken strip. Fries 🍟. Trash. Everything but a clean floor. Honest review.
