Walked in to no greeting or from person, waited ten minutes to be told to sit anywhere. Waitress was friendly, and precise. The coffee tasted old and looked like brown water as opposed to black coffee. I usually get the split decision which was a little off tasting but doable and double blueberry pancakes which were pretty good.

My first time at this particular one.. Our waitress was very Nice.. and she did her job well. However I don't understand why no one was keeping the dinning room clean.... It was several tables that needed tending to... My coworker enjoyed his meal.. my meal was good although it's not what I ordered.. I wanted an omelette I got fried egg that was supposed to pass as an omelette... I do like fried eggs and it had a good taste.. but it wasn't what wanted or was paying for. I really wonder why customers have to ask for real eggs .. you automatically give us eggs out of a carton. Should it not be the other way around. Especially in today's health conscious society...

I ordered the appetizer platter. When it arrived, I told the server the chicken strips were over cooked. She said it was "probably just the seasoning they use". Ok fine, I'll eat it, whatever. When I tried the mozzarella sticks, they were undercooked and still cold in the middle. We waited for about 10 minutes for our server to return. There was only 3 tables full in the entire place (one didn't even have their orders taken) so my friend got up to go find her. She was on the empty side of the restaurant sitting at her own table eating. When she showed back up to our table she said "sorry I was on my break". I left the food, uneaten and had to leave because I was mad. My friend settled the ticket. This was the last time. I will not go back to this IHOP. It just keeps getting worse.

Okay, I hate to do this & im not hating on the restaurant or anything especially because I know it’s stressing looking for workers. The server was very very sweet, but on the other hand the food was horrible. The patty and chicken strips including fries were RAW. Meat was PINK. I ordered a classic burger w avocado and mayo and nothing was added, had to send both plates back and ask for more stuff on the side…She was crying because she wasn’t supposed to be working today, she said she didn’t feel good and had went to the hospital but still had to work because their short staffed. This girl literally deserves a break, you can tell she was stressed.

Recently ate here and it was HORRIBLE. The service was bad, we got checked on maybe once while we were there. We waited over 30 minutes to sit down. When we FINALLY got our food. It was gross. The egg wasn’t even cooked. The pancakes and french toast had ZERO flavor. The kids happy face pancake was sad. They used to be so much better. I do not think I will be eating here anytime soon or maybe even ever again.

We had the worst waitress food was not very good the eggs were liquid type the pancakes were dried and we asked for a side of toast that took over 20min to get after we asked the waitress for when she took us the bill to pay I told her we are still waiting on the toast and our cups are empty can we get a refill. She had such bad attitude she keep walking with the coffee but not really offer any to anyone. She even had an attitude with the other waitresses she kept taking their orders because she would forget to put her orders in. We were close enough to her their conversation this nasty waitress name is Senaida. Sorry no tip for this person, I don't know why people work with people when they can't stand people. Go work in a warehouse or better yet stay home.

We went in after hitting the casino in Hobbs and a young lady named Phoenix sure was helpful with our order. We decided to take it back to the hotel and she was so kind about it. I had an omelet cut the sausage bacon and Idk what in order to make a western omelet which surprise...they did not. It was delicious. Steve got his scrambled egg, pancakes and bacon and he was happy. Don't forget to ask for jam or jelly and whatever else you might need . Phoenix we totally loved it and you. Peace from the purple haired lady. 💜

This place does not deserve a star. One of the worst IHOP I have been to so unprofessional. I walked in with my family trying to have a nice meal but the music was blaring with inappropriate language. The waitress/cashier was rude talking about us to another customer and also mentioned that that they waitress was helping the cook and it would take awhile before she could get to us.
