It felt very stressful and stale I'm the restaurant. The service and food on the other hand were amazing. The hostess greeted us with a smile that could melt a snowman and they had all their teeth which is a big surprise and a plus for the area.
We stopped here last night for dinner but never actually got served. It took a while go be seated even tho the place was slow. Once seated we waited about 15 mins and still hadn't even had our drink order placed. I'm unsure if the place is short staffed or what the issue was. No one came to the table or spoke to us after we were seated. And after waiting for so long we just decided to go somewhere else
Hats off to the servers! One of the kitchen people was taken by squad so the servers had to step in and help. They were very friendly, explained and were very apologetic. It was nice that they acted professional!!
So incredibly bad. For starters, the dining room is FILTHY. The floor, tables, dividers, even the ceiling was gross. My juice came in a glass with someone else's lip prints on it. I don't even want to imagine how bad the kitchen must look. The food wasn't good either. My fiance ordered chicken and waffles and the waffle came out soggy and nasty. My food was ok until I got halfway through and found a big chunk of black something that looked like it came off the floor under the fryers. Our server was really nice, and that is honestly the only redeeming quality of this awful place.
Service sucks when you go in in person. If u order through door dash, expect your order to be wrong! Missing ingredients, stuff cooked wrong. Its always something. How hard is it to look at a receipt, and pack a bag accordingly?? And the food is ok at best! You're known for breakfast....u should blow it out of the water, nope...you just blow it
Came here bout 8ish, 2 tables of people were there but left shortly after. Super quiet food came out hot and delicious 😋. Another note when restaurants are slow normally the waitresses are annoying lol because you are the only table and they need to look busy, this lady didn't !!!! She came by just few times with coffee pot and to check us and I really appreciated that !!! I can also not say this enough !!! GET THE FRENCH TOAST it's so good I'd sale a kid
My family and I Decided to try this location this morning. The waitress was nice and made sure refills were always on the table. The food was good, The only issue was the toast was burnt which is why I gave a 4 star instead of 5. Overall we had a good experience and will be back.
I haven't been to IHOP in a long time. Probably 10 years. It was clean, the food was hot and timely and the staff were all working well together, encouraging each other in their learning processes and making the guests smile. Thank you
