We walked in at 9:30pm on a Tuesday and were kindly greeted and served. The staff was pleasant and the food was great!

Tried the IHop in Hayes this time, rather than our usual in Colby. We got amazing food and wonderful service. IHop has redeemed itself.

Food was great! Our server (Ashley) was nice. The guy in the kitchen was out of this world. Hilariously singing to “let it go” from frozen. A moment I’ll never forget. Would visit again if we’re ever in Hays.

The food was really kind of bland. I had the chicken pesto crepe, and it wasn't that great. The waitress on the other hand was great, she was attentive, and seemed the enjoy her job and talking with customer. Plus she remembered my daughter from a previous visit. That to me is good. The waitress made the visit worth it.

I asked for 2 of my favorite items and they no longer have them, so I ordered a porterhouse steak , cooked Medium, I repeated to the server again , make sure it's Medium B4 u bring to the table, I'm tired of ordering a steak medium and what I receive is a piece of 2×4. My guest also asked for something that they didn't make anymore, so she order fruit crepes, she received super dry crepes no sauce, I received a steak that was well done, my broccoli and cheddar cheese which I even ordered extra cheese came with about 10 or 15 little flakes of shredded cheese it was like are you kidding me at this point we just paid bill and stood up and left, very disappointed, on mother's day, they weren't even busy

Called to find out if they have tap to pay. He replied w "it is none of your business" i flipped out & repeated the question. He says yes, they have tap to pay. When we arrive the waiter ask if we were the ones who just called. Considering the attitude i had already had to deal w i said no. For fear of having my food spit on. The waiter was quite rude the entire meal. Every request was answered w a snarl. When i went to pay he said "so u r the one who called, so u lied to me!" I answered yes & told him why. He said he would never spit n someone's food. I told him w the way he spoke to me on the phone it wouldn't have surprised me. He said it was none of my concern how many customers he had n there. (?) Then he swore he said it was none of my concern not its none of my business. Then he said that he was banning me from ihop because I lied to the night manager. He said he's the only server at night & he refuses to serve me again. WOW!

We stopped for lunch on our way to Colorado. The hostess and serve were so pleasant and the food was actually REALLY good. 'Probably the best IHOP experience we've ever had.

This was probably the best IHOP experience I ever had. The food was good but the people were so pleasant. The hostess and our waitress were real sweethearts.
