Food was burnt. how can you even send food out let alone serve it to me, looking like it did. You could obviously see it was clearly burnt. Because it took forever to get our food. 45 min of waiting while others who came in later than us were getting their food served (simple breakfast of kid pancake and i had the two egg breakfast eggs over easy.) Bacon and hashborwn black on both sides i didnt have time to wait for new food to be cook served and eaten. They still made me pay for it. Clearly not acceptable and will not ever be back!
Do not get take out from this location!! I went at my pick up time and the food was not ready. It was a hot day, and my dogs were in the car, so I waited 10 min and told them I'd need to cancel the order because it was too hot for my dogs. They said the food was being packaged, but then brought me the wrong order. I asked to please cancel and for a refund, and was told a manger would have to approve that. The manager did not come speak to me. It was a horrible experience and I won't be going back.
Our experience was a good one! They were crazy busy so we had a little bit of a wait but not more than 15 minutes! The food was AMAZING and delicious. Decent pricing!! I had an omelette and it was very big and packed full of deliciousness. The kids meals were good portions. The chicken fried steak and eggs was huge and cooked to perfection! Staff was friendly and our waitress was amazingly friendly and accommodating! Overall a great experience!
Service was great and we were seated quickly even though we’re a large family. We had a couple issues with food and our waiter kept fixing everything, he was younger and sincere to address our problems. His manager came over and sorted items out on our bill. The hot chocolate was delicious as well as the churro pancakes!
We Love this place. Kristy is an awesome waitress, the food is always great and I love how it's raring and ready at 7am. Thanks!!
Service is decent but not the best. Food is good but again, doesn't stand out. What does stand out is that every time we have come, it just isn't as clean as a restaurant should be kept. We shouldn't have to ask for the table to be cleaned and we most definitely shouldn't have to ask for clean silverware. Not sure we'll return to this location again.
Fast service. Open seating. Great food. Protein pancakes with like 27 grams of protein.
This used to be a pretty decent place. We went for our normal after church lunch and were very disappointed. The seating was a mess, the food was burnt and cold when it arrived. They even removed the flavored syrup from the tables and only offered one type of creamer for the cold coffee. This place has absolutely went down hill in a very short time. We will be going to Fort collins from this point forward. Really a shame. Used to be a nice place.
