The service was great, and the food was amazing. A1 service all around. I ordered the bourbon bacon jam sandwich 👌🏾. It was outstanding. The T-bone steak, Mac and cheese with mashed potatoes was great. Along with the banana and strawberry French toast 😋😁
I recently visited IHOP. The place was packed and there seemed to be a shortage of staff, with everyone working hard to keep up with the demands of the customers. Despite this, the atmosphere was still lively and cheerful. As I waited for my meal, I noticed that the pace of service was a bit slow, but given the high volume of customers, this was understandable. The staff were doing their best to attend to everyone's needs and were handling the pressure with grace and efficiency. When my meal finally arrived, I was pleased to see that the quality of the food had not been compromised despite the busy atmosphere. I had ordered blueberry pancakes with an added topping of bananas and it was a delicious combination. The pancakes were fluffy and light, and the fresh blueberries and ripe bananas added a touch of sweetness that was just perfect. Overall, despite being busy and understaffed, my experience at the IHOP was enjoyable. The staff worked hard to ensure that everyone was well taken care of and the delicious food made it all the more memorable. I would definitely recommend this place but maybe go when it’s not super busy.
After having bad service and atmosphere at the airport road location. I came to this location and was greeted with blithers of kindness service and great food. The waitress was superb and I talked to the manager. Both super employees. Was so please I left a 25.00 tip. Make notice airport hiwsy IHOP if you had been friendly you might have gotten the same!
Worst customer service. I had a CURBSIDE pickup and I got there on time and waited outside for 30 minutes before I decided to go inside and wait. When I went in, the young lady told me that they were just now making it even though it should’ve already been made. I waited inside for another 10 minutes until I got it. Long story short, they don’t prioritize online orders. UPDATE: 6 months later and the service is even worse. I placed another order, got there 10 minutes after promised time and waited 40 minutes because no one saw the order only to get home and see that they are UNDERCOOKED. the batter is pouring out of the pancakes. Absolutely ridiculous
We were seated very quickly, our waitress Myra was very courteous, food was delicious, loved the crepes! 😋
Wasn't busy took 40 minutes to get our food and the food was barely warm guess the server left it back there after it was ready for 10..IDK
Visit at your own discretion. The smell of swamp gas was the first thing that caught us off guard when entering IHOP's entrance at the Grapevine location for the first time. Interior decor was worn and dated. Table and booth were sticky from the previous patrons. Our server was the best and this is what saved our review from being a 1 star. She was attentive, smiling, got our orders exactly right, and was constantly stopping by to check in at our table. Excellent service overall. Unfortunately, the food was just so so and did not come out of the kitchen piping hot as it should have. However, the coffee was hot, plentiful & strong. Sadly, would not recommend a second visit. Hope things improve.
Ruquia! Omg the best waitress I’ve ever had IN MY LIFE had no issues tipping her 40 bucks just for here kindness. Made a new friend and customer. I will be back
