During our visit today with a large group of 15, I had an incredible dining experience, thanks to our outstanding server, Erin. Her exceptional service made our time at the restaurant truly memorable. Erin was not only incredibly nice but also impressively efficient. She quickly brought out our food, ensuring that everyone was served promptly. Throughout the meal, Erin consistently checked on us, making sure our drinks were refilled and attending to any additional needs we had. The service was great. Our waitress was very friendly. The food was also very good. I enjoyed my Cowboy BBQ burger however I could not really taste the barbecue sauce. The pancakes were nice, and I liked my OREO milkshake. The best dining experience I had at an IHOP. Wish to return soon.
Not very friendly. Was ignored when I need a fast orange juice due to my sugar dropping. And had to ask for a menu. I got up and left because they did not take my order after 41 min. I went to the Ihop. On 121 up the street to get good service!
OMG, the service was just wonderful prepped my food as I ordered. Even gave me advice how cut more carbs when ordering an omplette. Just wonderful with Avocado and the non-nut Basilio. This will be one of most beloved memories of this week food place so far. Thank you
We walked in and there was no one there, so we figured this should be great service as we are the only ones here. The table next to us stayed gross the whole time we were there. Our server knocked over my mother-in-laws juice, all over my mother-in-law. No one offered to comp that, as my MIL was now cold and sticky. The floor beneath our table stayed sticky, and covered in juice the whole time we were there. We had to carefully walk around it. I got a lemon blueberry crepe and there was no lemon in it. It had no flavor. The food was okay, made two of my kids feel a little ill after. My daughter asked for sausage, no bacon and no eggs. It came with bacon and eggs. We had to push it off to the side because she did not want it. Our server just goes "I know this is wrong. Sorry."
Hate to leave a bad review but it was that bad I had to… I usually come to this ihop location all the time and I usually do it at night after getting off from work . Its never a great experience but it’s usually not too terrible. I can tell this place is understaffed and probably manager wasn’t on site this time …but I work in food service as well so I always am very patient and understanding with every situation . This time however I waited at the front 20 minutes and the servers passed and passed and passed and passed multiple times without even acknowledging me … I get maybe your busy but at least acknowledge the guest right ? When they FINALLY decide to “notice” me and they were gonna sit me I saw about 7 5tops and 2 servers and NONE of the tables had food and 2 still had no drinks … I knew I was gonna be there for along time so I decided to leave and go to the hurst location which was the greatest ihop experience ever !
Visit my mom and came here for breakfast. The entire staff were some of the friendliness people I have ever met. Our server Elys was super kind and really on top of everything. Did I mention the food was delicious! Thank you all for a great experience!
This was NOT my favorite experience at an IHOP. We were seated fairly quickly. Our server came over and took our drink order and before we could give her the food order she was gone. She came back eventually and took our order. I ordered the breakfast sampler and my fiancé ordered the southwest sampler with chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. He doesn’t eat whipped cream at all, so he asked for the pancakes to be sent back and remove the whipped cream. As you can see pictures .. they removed the whipped cream and chocolate chips and flipped the pancakes over and added some chocolate syrup on top. They didn’t look or taste appealing at all. The chocolate chip pancakes were so dry. The regular pancakes were dry and Luke warm .. the butter didn’t even melt in top. My food (breakfast sampler) wasn’t all that bad. Not sure that I would recommend this location at all. I’m only in town for this weekend but I know for sure if I ever come back Euless, I won’t go here.
