Horrible service!!! I like this restaurant, but when I came to the one in El Cerrito city san Pablo St. It was bad services. I ordered 2 avocado toast to go when I took it home. I opened the box I saw there were tiny avocado slices in the middle. In other cities, they cover the whole toast with avocado. I don't know why they do that!!!! I called them, and they apologized and told me to bring it back to make another one. I went there and I waited 15 minutes they gave me another one, but worse, the avocado was black, I think they did the same avocado that I returned it. And the toasted slice is not toast enough too.
First IHOP experience, the staff are nice and friendly, place is quite busy too but we got a booth that fit the 6 of us. It’s a good place for a quick and simple breakfast! Not bad and nice to try it once :) It could be a bit more cleaner here though ! Also you need a code to get into the toilet so need to ask your waiter for that. Also free parking out front! Yay
We went on Sunday morning, it was pretty packed but worth the wait. Our server Dulce was wonderful. Coffee was hot and fresh, we had chicken fajita omelettes with pancakes and fresh fruit on the side. Great place to bring the family!
This visit was after the morning rush. Service was slow and lousy. Waitress never came by to check if I needed anything, which o did! The portions are small, coffee was lukewarm, the utensils are for small children, so take your own if you like to use adult size fork and knife. I would not recommend this IHOP location 👎.
They don't seat you quickly when you 1st come in, not acknowledge until you speak up, wave to get their attention. Food was normal can be quite crowded it's small. Service was awesome.
Worst experience ever, we got there this morning, 2-3 mins after another couple sat and they got served before us, we waited 5 mins and I asked for our food, they said it was still on the way, we waited and waited, I got very upset and I asked the girl for the bill to pay the coffee and OJ we ordered. We paid and told the girl why we were leaving, she never brought our concerns to any supervisor, she said the manager wasn’t there? That’s what the girl said or she just didn’t want us to speak to their manager. There’s a girl wearing red uniform I don’t know if she was the supervisor, but they just gave me the bill paid and left and none of their employees asked anything if they could do something to make this experience better. I think they need more training about how to give a better service and how to be more organized.
Very very greasy, the food I usually order is the same,(eggs pancakes hash browns etc.) and even though it is always greasy it is a tolerable grease BUT this time the food were dripping with grease sometimes it is less greasy but this time my online order was SUPER super greasy!!! Very unsatisfied. I ate it because I was starving but come one Ihop. Ihop lowered their standards and quality. It made me feel nauseous after eating. Be aware!
It’s ihop and that’s what u get. It was very delicious and the servers were very kind. Kind of had to wait a while before being seated but overall good experience :)
