Having brunch at IHOP has almost become our weekend ritual, and we recently ventured to this particular branch. It surpassed our expectations, boasting exceptional service, friendly staff, and delightful flavors. My experience with their sirloin steak left me astounded; its tenderness was nearly akin to melting in my mouth. The loaded mashed potato proved equally delectable. Among their pancake offerings, we ordered the New York cheesecake strawberry pancake and the Mexican tres leches pancake. The latter stood out as my favorite, with its irresistibly mouthwatering appeal. Notably, the turkey sausage accompanying the world famous pancake combo was exquisitely juicy, a definite distinction from other branches I tried out! The spicy poblano was tasty as well! The atmosphere was very welcoming and our waitress was cordial, welcoming, well mannered and utterly efficient as well. But I must say, this branch is a bit congested with lot of people visiting there and long wait time in the weekend. However, I strongly recommend this specific branch for better food taste and service. Definitely we’ll visit there again.

Very friendly staff , our order was quick and accurate plus we were able to make some changes. And now you don't have to go to the person in front of the place at the entrance , now you can make it with the waiter or waitress directly since they got new technology. The place was packed when we arrived.

First, I have to start off with the food. The food is amazing. I come here almost on the weekends to eat all different types of pancakes that they have and I always enjoy their happy hour deals and such. On the weekend I come to see the beautiful host who works here and she does the best job, and is a really hard worker. She’s always doing something even when it’s empty. I always give her a big tip too and oh boy she is really beautiful. Overall, I have to recommend this place to anyone who wants good breakfast from a beautiful host on the weekends. She’s also my girlfriend.

Horrible experience!! The food was delish! But I can’t believe the manager, owner and whole staffed ambushed me in the parking lot for taking pictures of the restaurant inside and out. Wanting to go through my pictures on my phone! The manager of the day time was the one that came up to my car window asking me to delete any pictures that included her, like if she’s not working at a food establishment in which people are going to take pictures to write reviews like me. Our server was Bella, servers here need better training, when asked for help all the servers will call her instead of helping out and had to call her so many times because we didn’t get syrup, hot sauce my orange juice, water instead I was told every time I asked for something, “anything else?” When it should have been “please let me know if you need anything else, thank you. “

IHOP is know all over for it’s good food and delicious pancakes. I visited this particular location on a weekend morning and let me tell you, this place was overly crowded. The wait times were anywhere between 15-45 minutes and you cannot book a reservation online or via phone as it’s a first come first served basis. This particular IHOP looked cramped with a small parking space which gets filled very quickly on the weekend. Cars were lining up just to park. During my visit, we ordered the usual, pancakes, omelette, hash browns and fries. Everything was delicious. No complaints over the food. IHOPs are know for their quality of food and this one checked that box for me. If there’s anything about this place that I would like to give me opinion on would be the parking and the capacity of operation. During my visit, all the tables around me seemed to be occupied, so I’m not sure if do operate at some restrictions. The staff had all worn masks but after seeing the amount of cars and the people inside, it raises some questions surely.

The place was busy , our server Janiya was excellent!! Was very polite , attentive and I always appreciate a smile when greeted , just EXCELLENT service, hope this location appreciates who she is. Great way to start your day.

Place and service excellent. Food usually great. Tried new tacos breakfast one, it wasn't horrific but was amazing. But their omelettes are so delicious and the crepes very good.

Have not been here in years... they definitly upped their game. The food was actually fresh and NOT greasy at all! Hash browns were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and again not greasy! Very surprised and happy with the food.
