The food is always good. The service was good too, attentive service.
This is the first time I have visited this location, and I was very disappointed. I arrived at about 9:45 on a Saturday, and it was almost completely packed. My server was pleasant, and was doing the best he could with all of his tables. We ordered immediately and waited about 20 min for our food. I got the buttermilk short stack which is 4 pancakes and a side of roasted red potatoes/peppers/onions. My family had kids combo, brioche French toast combo and breakfast sampler. The food was warmish. The pancakes tasted blah and kept separating in half, not fluffy or soft. The potatoes were ok, but they used frozen potatoes so I felt like I was eating fries. The rest of the food was sub par, we won't be back.
This location is nice and chill. Unlike the one near knotts Berry Farm it's usually more busy and cramped. The food here was ok nothing special the pancakes were ok too. I believe they tasted better before. Service was ok, there was hardly any people and the service was a little slow but they were very polite.
I ordered the eggs Benedict and I emphasized the eggs bring cooked easy poached. They came back way over cooked so I sent them back. They only took the eggs and brought me back 2 eggs with no hollandaise sauce on top. Very tacky. They should have changed both the eggs Benedict. Won't go back there.
Man the country gravy was water but my nice waitress Rosa said they would make more. I asked 4 crispy bacon it was BURNT. I gave 2 stars cause Rosa made sure I received my items I complained about. THE CRAZIEST THING WAS IT WAS ANTS CRAWLING ON THE TABLE & MY LEG. THIS LOCATION USE TO BE MY FAVORITE.
Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing especially those pumpkin pancakes I wait for all year.
Bad experience, it took about 30 minutes to get my order. I complained to the manager but there was no help. Food was rushed and bad taste. Never going back
Worst experience with Fabiola here who doesn't know what's on the many failing to answer simplest of questions. Fabiola is very unprofessional and Incompetent. Who hires these imbeciles?
