Service is hit or miss but ours was very friendly and attentive that night. The food has never disappointed. Hot, fresh, flavorful, and priced average at about 10-15 a person. Atmosphere is decent. Nothing interesting but usually clean and barely ever a wait. A good spot for a meal for sure.
Came in on Saturday at 3:30pm with my little family, we were immediately greeted and sat. Our server was this lovely lady named Rachel, she was extremely professional and sweet to our little boy. When our food arrived at the table everything was right, warm and delicious. I will be coming back specially for her and her amazing service. This woman deserves a raise!
The food was served cold and was not very good. Our server was indifferent. They did not honor their promotional price. They were cleaning the lobby with a very strong smelling chemical cleaner while we were eating our food which that smell combined with the smell of syrup and breakfast foods was nauseating. Will never eat an an IHOP again.
Went in with some friends at 11pm last Wednesday. Took a few minutes to get seated. The restaurant maybe had 13 people in it. 4 to 5 tables. I have served before so I know what it means to be busy. However after 20 minutes with no water and hadn't even been said "Hi" to, so we left. Not sure how this place is still open.
5:30 pm and we were the only two customers in the restaurant. We should have left immediately. Waited 30+minutes for eggs and pancakes. Food was nothing special, IHOP used to be so good. $20 for 2 of us to eat from the senior menu, no drinks only water. Our server was good, but lesson learned if there are no cars in parking lot go somewhere else.
Showed up to eat at 2:00. Am with a group of six. There was one couple at one booth and the rest of the restaurant was empty the manager still said there was a 20-minute wait we waited the 20 minutes he sat us down and then we waited another 20 minutes before we had to go find him just to get something to drink. He snapped at us so we decided to leave and not give him our business. I can understand if we would have been obnoxious but we are six adults just looking for something to eat this was the second time something similar like this happened at this very same location. It seems IHOP needs to really take a look at who they have running their night time shift.
We’ve been to this IHop many times and have always had a good experience, but the last two times we came, we had a waitress by the name of Lexi, who was extremely unprofessional and rude. She gave us attitude when we asked for things, she didn’t have good manners at all. Overall, the experience with her was terrible and she still demanded a good tip after her disrespectful behavior, and she confronted us about the tip that we thought she deserved. Very unsatisfied with the customer service she’s providing.
Order DoorDash asked for scrambled eggs with American on top paid for it didn’t get it!! hashbrowns we’re oily, couldn’t even eat them, and the bread was hard. Sunny eggs were OK but then again, the rest of it sucked!! and DoorDash and they’re all glory didn’t want to refund😢
