Although it was Jasmine's first day she was great !!! The food was good...
Eating the last bite of my waffle and felt a long piece of hair that was light brown in color. So I pulled it out of my mouth. Then my daughter found another one on my plate. I let them know and they only gave me $1.30 off my $42 dollar meal. Was hoping they wound take my meal off of the bill but that’s their policy.
Just experienced the worst service ever today involving waitress and manager. Waitress did not bring cream for coffee. Mixed up our order. Never checked to see if all was good. Told before ordering we had a Veteran on board. Upon receiving bill questioned waitress and said the 55+ meal was already discounted. She was pissed and so pissed she left the carry out box and creamer I never got on the table next to us. Suddenly, the manager arrived telling the 55+ meal was already discounted and that other waitresses made a mistake giving us an added Veteran discount on other visits. No apologies and walked away handing us the bill. Totally unprofessional in all ways. Left bill and money on table with $.22 tip for waitress. Hope she got her money.
I'm sorry, I do not remember her name. But she was excellent. I knew what I wanted and she helped me figure it out, because it really wasn't on the menu. (Hashbrowns with onion, bacon, cheese, and sour cream) atmosphere is a lower score simply because it was kind of messy. A family destroyed an area, and it was still bad when we left. All in all it was worth it to visit. The food really hit the spot!
The gluten-free options are wonderful!! The service was friendly. Not many of us in there, like three tables. The table before ours had a wrong order on two things. We had one wrong order but didn't send it back because it was fine and cost the same. Everyone was happy and we all enjoyed our food.
The food was HORRIBLE! Came out dry, cold, funny tasting and I was missing parts of my meal. It also all seemed kinda stale. I took my leftovers home for my chickens and they didn’t even want it! (Chickens eat EVERYTHING usually) The waitress was nice and they seemed short staffed but still. We waited almost an hour for our food and they were not busy at all. It was all in all just disappointing. I’d go somewhere else for a nice meal.
Hostess never called when our name came up and had a snarky comment about not being there after being called. She didn't greet or say goodbye to anyone while we were there and played on her phone while the waitresses were scrambling to handle all of the tables all well do their own bussing. They only had enough waitresses to handle about half of the tables in the store. The rest were empty.
Had the Cali Roasted Turkey Melt which was amazing and for my side a bowl of fruit, which looked like I was being rationed. I had 3 grapes, two little pineapple chunks and 2 pieces of cut up green and yellow melon. I laughed as I would have gotten about 7 fries had I asked for that to be my side. That is the reason they got a 3. Do better on your portions IHOP. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Tables were promptly cleaned once patrons left. I'll go back, just order something different.
