The french toast was lukewarm don't know how that happened when everyone else's food was hot.
By far the worst IHOP I’ve visited. The server was very dismissive and does not pay attention to detail. My food took forever to come because he forgot to print my receipt. When it did arrive- there was a nasty hair on my eggs. He agreed to change it but brought it back the same as before with additional hair in my plate… Cleanliness is important when preparing food for others!
Well I’ve been to many ihop before and never treated like this We came in like always laughing and being nice to serving staffs bcs they work hard, ok so today I came in with my sisters bcs I’m visiting my home town and was my last day so I ask for the 10% senior discount and that’s when Irmas dark wader side went active, she said “you should have said that before I slide your card, and they will charge you twice🙄🙄😱”) She was rude, we always leave a 15% tip, so no tip for you lady. Besides the meat was raw , and chunks are to thick The host kid was very nice thank you The buss boy was also nice thank
2 tables a stood up and left without paying and totally get it , The restaurant is not really busy. Facts are - Service is ton busy chit chating behind - Bring out food in parts And too busy that won't even bring the Bill until they feel like it or pick up the payment.
We went to eat breakfast on a Monday and the server we got was just something else. First of all, when ordering I asked the meat portion (oz) of the classic burger, she did not know and said “hmm I don’t know but it’s a decent portion” so I asked if I can add more meat for an additional charge and she said no. Then my daughter asked if she could get another set of utensils because hers were dirty. She then said “oh I can bring you another one but all utensils look like that. I’ll bring you a cup of hot water for you to soak them there and it’ll go away”. That was just crazy, if utensils are dirty I can’t imagen how the rest of the establishment is specially the kitchen. Not to mention that her appearance wasn’t the best at least not professional. Once we got our food she brought them all piled up and of course all plates had food in the bottom. She then proceed to hand over the plates instead of placing them on the table. I was looking over my 6 month old baby and she still expected me to grab my plate from her hands. Once it was time to pay on a bill of almost $80 I left a $5 tip I know the proper amount is at least a 15% tip but because of all these things I decided not to.
This is a very popular restaurant with kids, Trust the reviews. If you want to have loud conversations, this is the place for you. Otherwise find another spot. Even a quiet corner doesn't help.
Haven't eaten at IHOP in YEARS....Glad I stopped into this location...Service was GREAT...Food was hot and came out quickly and overall I would come back here anytime in in the area!!!!
