We ordered the new spicy poblano eggs Benedict, crepe combo and oreo milkshake. Our food was good but the service was not the best.

I found the service adequate, and friendly, the food was subpar to the point I couldn’t eat it. The place was pretty much deserted, was probably a clue that I didn’t pickup on. Eat at your own risk.

We went in for a birthday breakfast. Waited an hour and a 1/2 for some poached eggs that got microwaved. Most of my food was cold and been sitting under the heat lamp for a minute, nice and rubbery pan cakes?? Then got up to leave, couldn't cash out because you couldn't find anybody. Thinking waiting an hour and a half they We're super busy, but there was nobody in the store. And there was more important things out back of the building? The restaurant was nice and quiet except for the loud. Obnoxious inappropriate music coming from the kitchen. That you could hear all the way through the restaurant.

Pretty good IHOP experience. We were there twice for breakfast. My only ding is that they aren’t distancing the tables and there aren’t protective dividers between booths. The food was really good the first time and not quite as good the second time. Same with service. First time, all of our food was great. Hash browns in particular were really tasty and well prepared. Second time, the bacon wasn’t as crisp and the pancakes were slightly overdone. Chicken fried steak was good. Standard egg platters were nicely done.

I don't know how IHOP did it but they went from the best experience I have EVER had at IHOP to the absolute worst. Seated quickly but then things went downhill quickly from there, ordered iced tea only to be told at 8:15 pm they had dumped all the tea because they were preparing to close, (at 9:00 pm, I might add), wife asked for refill of coffee at 8:30 pm only to be told chemicals were already running through coffee makers to clean them, Logan and her fellow employees seemed more interested in leaving for the night than serving customers during posted business hours, food was unremarkable, constantly had to ask for things, except for the final bill, of course, no manager in sight and no more visits to this IHOP. Bad service means lost customer. Too many other choices to find this acceptable.

I quit Ihop several years ago because service was bad & a long wait for food. Seems they got the message. Last week the staff was great, food came out in reasonable time and price was reasonable.

Food was great. They were short staffed which was a totally bummer (they forgot to give us silverware but we were able to snatch some)

Service was okay. Got our drink and food order in quickly, took an hour to get our food out and found hair in not only my food but son's as well. My daughter and niece complained their stomachs hurt looked at their hot chocolate and found there was grease left over in their cups
