It's IHOP, which is a good thing! I have a more consistent experience with this brand than many others. The food was good, the service as well. We had the Lemon Blueberry french toast and the new Chicken and Country Gravy pancake tacos. A new dish for each is as we wandered away from our usuals, and each was quite good.
Due to the boys and crowds and some recent changes to meds anxiety in a noisy restaurant meant we had not all gone in one in almost 2 years as a whole group or that one or more of us would need to leave part way through...this IHOP and it's great staff was our first whole meal in so long. We came in between lunch and dinner and as we are a large group seated around no one which worked out well. From entry to order taking then appetizer and food delivery service during the meal it all went flawlessly they did a great job the food was great they were very friendly this is a chain
A little slow to be seated but that's ok. Prompt attention by a waitress that was working her first day and was honored to be he first customer. She did a great job getting the order correct for me.
First it was awkward to pick up my order 🙃 the one lady was nice the other server was starting me down for no reason if you aren't going to ask if I need help go away, second my pancakes had none of the whip cream or drizzle sauce, eggs weren't cooked right, the fresh toast was a joke had a spit of the cream and 1 blueberry like come on I get better service at waffle house.
I forgot to take pictures but if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ask for Alexis to be your server because she sets the bar for excellent service! The food was out crazy fast but still quality taste! Price is definitely reasonable for how much food you get! Something for everybody!
Went mothers day with my husband and 3 adult son's, our waitress was very sweet until I asked a question about something I thought was on my meal. I was very nice, and it was just a question because I didn't remember everything that came on my order. She immediately got an attitude, and was rude the rest of the time. I even apologized saying I didn't mean to upset her
Friendly and attentive staff. Food was put in no time and cooked to perfection.
We went this morning, atmosphere was good , not to loud. Server was excellent and food came out quick, hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean, which is always a plus and a very polite staff.
