This place Is very clean. The staff Is very friendly. My 1st time here and my son and I really enjoyed It. Our waitress was really good. She checked on us from time to time and was very cool. The bathroom could use a little more regular Interval cleaning, but not too bad (see my pictures). Overall was a good experience and would definitely dine In If near this area again. The parking Is huge and goes all around the building.

Overall experience was decent…food was unacceptable should have never been brought to the table…the hash browns tasted like dirty floor and burnt oil, the sauce was separating with white bubbles around the perimeter…the chicken was cooked in old oil and you can definitely tell from the taste…service from servers was good.

Made an online order. Did not get all the items we ordered. Double-checked the receipt to ensure they were there. Even worse the limited we did receive had a hair in it! I would highly recommend staying far away.

My wife and I have been here several times and every time has been consistently good. I usually order one of the breakfasts, a couple eggs and meat and hashbrowns etc. They are pretty consistent though last time my over-medium eggs were overcooked a little more than usual, but still good. One the most recent visit on Wednesday Oct 5th around noon, our service was with Amber, she's very professional , very efficient and extremely nice (thank you Amber!), she greeted us at the door, seated us and brought drinks right away. I ordered the Mexican tres leches pancakes combo: 2 eggs, meat choice, hash browns toast and the 2 pancakes. The have a vanilla syrup and caramel drizzle on top with whipped cream...STUPID GOOD! It doesn't look like alot of food on the menu but I could barely finish it, which is rare. My wife had the spicy beef beef bowl which is shredded beef, poblano, Serrano and red peppers, onions, avocado, shredded jack and cheddar cheeses, on a rice medley. She loves this bowl because of its great flavor and spiciness (it's not too spicy for someone who doesn't like too-hot spicy, but it's got a little kick). Service is usually fast (though they are usually busy) and haven't had an order issue yet. All of the servers there seem great, and I need to mention another above-par server named Morgan. She is extremely customer service oriented, friendly, helpful with your order questions, and doesn't hover but makes sure you have everything. (Thanks Morgan!) They've earned my 5 stars for great, fast and friendly service, consistently good food, cleanliness, ease of parking, and overall good experience.

The food is a hit and miss. But that's a given. But the service and hospitality I received was out of this world. The waitress was quick on her feet, respectful, and knowledgeable. I never once saw this waitress on her phone like usual. She was always cleaning something in between taking care of her tables.

The food was so delicious and out server was so sweet and nice. The atmosphere was pretty weird because the restaurant was totally empty so we couldn't tell if it was closed or not; on the other hand it being so empty gave us more security. I will start going to IHOP more now just from how good everything was! :D

Our waitress was great she was kind and attentive. We paid $40 for 2 people to eat the food was cold not fresh. Biscuits and gravy rated odd. I wld not go back due to the food. But tge waitress did a great job, I wld thank her for that.

Saline was my waitress, and she was soooo awesome. I had a ton of changes to my order, and worried if it was too difficult/ not allowed. She took my order with ease and told me she had no problem making me happy. We were checked on regularly despite having over 5 other full tables. She provided a great experience for our mother and daughters brunch. Only complaint is the bathroom floor was slippery.
