My 2 grandkids enjoyed the meal but unfortunately I didn't. Service is just not like it use to be. The young adults are not trained properly and they act as if they don't care about the customers. It took 10 minutes for drinks and after the food was brought out she was no where to be found. No tartar sauce for my fish and no cocktail sauce for my shrimp. Totally disappointed and now home hungry because the fish tasted funny and I sent the shrimp back. She didn't apologize for anything. My bill was 48.45 I left a 50 and in seconds she was at the table for the money. Wow...This is the first time in my life and I'm 50something that I left a dollar and some change for a tip. I tip for GOOD service.
We were seated immediately upon arrival about 10am on a Saturday. Our waiter was wonderful. He continuously checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed while there. Husband had no complaints about his scrambled eggs and bacon with blueberry pancakes. I was not a fan of my Eggs Benedict on English muffins. The sauce tasted off to me and my hash browns were cold. Would recommend eating here again however I won't be getting the eggs Benedict again.
I have came to this place so many time in the past, but tonight Sunday July,30 2023. At 9pm my self and my family of 5 come to have dinner. There’s already 2 people seating in the waiting area I can see from when I pulled up debating with my wife about what I’m going to have. When I came in I head to the counter awaiting service, I waited for about 4 minutes before have a seat in the waiting area and continued waiting for several more minutes. Sitting talking with my 2 youngest about there day and the pool. No more waiting it’s like 9:30pm now I have feed my family. All this because they only had 1.5 employees working tonight. Should not treat the customers like this because it’s only 1 hour before closing. Can always greet and say something.
Our waitress Mackenzie was amazing but the food wasn't right. Specifically our bacon-too light. We asked for it to be cooked more and it came back burnt. The manager was nice but the cook was having a "go to your house if you want nice bacon!" Kind of day!☺️
Food and service was great. I would recommend the burger and onion rings!
The restaurant was clean and I saw the manager bussing tables because they were very busy. Our server Jasmine was great and took good care of us. I would recommend this place.
I'm not going to lie this was the best IHOP experience I ever had . From the time we stepped in the door we was greeted very well. Serves from the manager was amazing they made sure we was comfortable and got our orders and food in a timely manner and even the food looked and taste amazing I don't want to go to no other IHOP if there not like this one they even made the kids smile and gave them dollars that later because they was so happy left as extra tips for the waitress
Ummm... you know the people running this place are very nice but when you look around you could see that it seemed like only three people are actually running it and there was no manager on duty. My food was okay but my wife ordered a well done steak which came out gray, and was like sawing wood. Something was up here. The waitress it was also the host and did not even think to give us knives & Forks when the food arrived.
