They have a new menu and so many options that look fantastic. I tried the cinnamon crepes, and they were great. My hubby had the chicken fried steak, and it's always good. We got in quickly, but the bigger groups had to wait a while. They are having the same issues as most everyone, trying to get enough help. With that being said, our server was great!!
Food came out cold. They fixed food my kids didn't like. Waitress was friendly.
The first time I walk in this place it smelled very dirty (like dirty mop water). I thought it would be just the entrance but ones we where escorted to our table the whole restaurant smelled dirty. They need to use a good cleaning chemical that smells welcoming and the desire to come back. Personal is kind but our food took close to an hour to come out. I wish they can do something about the cleanniness of this restaurant since IHOP is a very popular restaurant.
Great place, our server Courtney was the best. She was attentive and was there anytime I needed more coffee, water or napkins. She knew the menu very mell and was able to answer the questions I had about the various dishes. Was so good, I forgot to take pictures. I highly recommend Courtney, this place and will be back soon!
Thought I would try this restaurant since I had such a great experience at the one in Arvada. The coffee was stale, it seemed as though it had been sitting around for hours, we asked if they would brew a fresh pot, they said that they would. The waitress took our order. We made a big mistake when we came here. My Mother wanted a slice of pie. They don't serve pie. She settled for a breakfast burrito. It was a glob of something wrapped in a sheet of undercooked dough, very bad rendition of breakfast burrito. She took two bites and left the rest. They had no coffee creamer but they did bring a small container of 2% milk. Keep in mind that we requested a fresh brewed pot. I ordered the chicken fried steak, with brown gravy instead of the white gravy, it was chicken flavored water. We also had pancakes, those were delicious, probably the best that I have ever had. We finished our meal leaving most of it behind. We asked for the check so we could pay and leave, they bought the check and the fresh brewed coffee at the same time. The coffee was just a little too late. We had a terrible experience here
Ordered online and it said that my order would be ready at a certain time which happened to be 6:53. My order was a good size order, $100 order. When I got to the restaurant the gentleman told me it was going to be at least another 20 minutes because they had a big party come in. So if I ordered online and I paid for online shouldn't they have started mine? So I did give him another 35 minutes to get my order ready. When I returned he told me everything was correct and it was all wrong. They miss gravy, pancakes, sausage, bacon, they missed so much. Thankful for one of the ladies working there to calm me down and get my order on track. However by the time I got home it was cold and it's never as good when you try and reheat. It is whatever. I'll pay another place $100.80 before I go back there..
the restaurant is not prepared with waiters and cooks for a saturday day that is frustrating for customers everyone was leaving because there is no attention
Stopped off on the way home from camping. Very friendly staff and Good food! They also had gluten free options. Great place.
