I asked for sunny side up eggs with the beef tip breakfast. I specifically said I need them medium and gelatin like. See the video it’s late so all the runny kinda soaked up by the hash. Nevertheless it was raw. The waiters was great. The manager never came to address the situation, instead she took $3. Off like I came to pay $13. Just to eat 5-7 beef tips. She news horrible for not asking, I had to ask for the hash and eggs to be re-made, and she still never came out even after I said I do write reviews. It’s is not a big deal, it just sucks that customers have to deal with managers who can’t manage themselves as good leaders! How was the server better than her manager?? Looks like someone needs a Promotion! In conclusion, it was a bad experience because I was not able to simply enjoy my meal as a whole, while the manager showed how she could care less on a day when I was not busy at all. I pray she didn’t treat us this way because the gentleman I was with looked like a rapper in a white tank top 🥹
We have ate breakfast at several restaurants over the last week.. in at least 3 different states while we have not had any negative experiences .. today we stopped at I Hop on airline be Dr Bossier city la. Our server was awesome.. Gabriel Lemons .. he said he's only worked there for a couple weeks. Management should pay attention .. to this young man . Hes a future leader.
The hostess seated us quickly & didn't mind when I asked for a table instead of a booth. Our waitress was great - checked in on us enough without hovering. She was also very patient when our daughters took some extra time trying to decide what they wanted. The food was prepared quickly and was exactly what we ordered & tasted great. Definitely worth a visit if you're nearby!
The Host and Waitress were super upbeat and so nice.
🤜 🤛 to the cook(s), breakfast was tasty! I observed (Gabe) serving other tables with 5-star service, he’s a phenomenal Waiter (an example of premier service)! I waited 15 minutes plus to tell the manager in person, but no show!
Well, what to say. 1st off, it's IHOP. All the tables were very sticky, like the wash rags were in the same water from last month. The staff was awesome, though. Very good service. Food was what you would expect...........except for the fact that they no longer serve the Lingonberry crepes. Those were always my favorite. I would usually order 2 full orders. They were so good. Almost no parking ever.
Best service, I'm telling you the waitress we had should teach all waitresses her perfect balance of attentiveness without being intrusive. Also, not letting someone's drink run dry (a huge deal for me personally, I hate running out of chocolate milk while eating breakfast). Thank you!
Upon walking in there was a group of waitresses standing at the front counter talking. I walked up to the podium so that I could be seated and they all walked away and went back to what they were doing. I stood there waiting for about 20 minutes to be approached and no one ever came but all the workers kept looking at me as if I’m bothering them! I sat myself and my guest and soon as we sat down we were approached and our orders were taken. The food was good but the service they can keep. Will not come here again.
