Poor customer service. The host did not asked me where I wanted to sit & instead just put me in a seat in the back of the room although there were several other tables available. I moved to a different table. But I observed that he asked someone else where they would like to sit. My waitress also wasn’t very friendly. The food is ok but it isn’t Excellent.. I also applied to work there at one point but changed my mind after the manager gave me bad/jealous vibes.
If you are willing to wait 30 minutes to be even acknowledged at the front for a table (when the restaurant is half empty) then this is your place. I was standing there as a waitress was leaning against the counter drinking and didn't even bother looking over. You have many other great options for breakfast so I suggest avoiding this place.
Went fairly late at night so there were only 2 staff working at the time. Even though there were only 2 people working, we received our food quickly & received excellent service! I respect these 2 gentleman for handling the night the way they did
The manager was very professional. An older lady came in alone and demanded a table. She proceeded to tell the IHOP manager how she runs her business. The IHOP Manger kept her cool and remained professional. They were short handed but all staff were very kind.
Ordered bacon jam poached eggs. More like hardboiled. A couple across from my table had overcooked eggs as well. Payed for my coffee,left a tip and walked out.
I was here this morning and the Food was great but our server just wasn’t the friendliest…. Either he was having a rough day or he just hates his job because he had an attitude the entire time. He doesn’t seem professional. Don’t get me wrong though the food was GREAT!
we went on 8/2/ at about 12:15, it took 5 min. to be seated, why because no one was out front. when the waiter came over we asked for coffee and ordered right then, we sat and waited at least 45 min for the food and never got it, we left 5 dollars on the table for the coffee and left.
The food was okay, nothing special. My daughter ordered the 'Winter Wonderland pancakes' and they were disappointing. The picture made it seem like it was going to be a magical experience with blue glaze drizzle and marshmallows on top. Instead, it was sad and a desperate attempt at looking like the image. I ordered the "breakfast sampler' and it was okay. I liked the pancakes but the hash browns were a little dry. Overall, the food was okay. I would have scored the place higher but bathrooms were not clean and not maintained. We went to the restaurant early in the morning and the bathrooms looked like they had not been washed.
