Came here for breakfast with some friends while visiting, and it was a super nice place; the atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for an early breakfast, the food was very filling and delicious, AND OUR WAITER WAS KHALID. And he was super nice so, owners if you're reading this, give Khalid a raise cause he was awesome! Defiantly recommend this place.

Madison is always on point when it comes to great service. The food is always hot and she checks in just enough. I've never had a bad experience here and she is by far my favourite waitress here.

Surprisingly it was really good! I haven’t been to a IHOP in years! My favorite part I have to say was our waitress, Tammy. She was a doll and so sweet with my kids. She was definitely one of the best waitresses I have had. She made you feel so welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely go back mostly because of her.

The worst AF has ever been. Waffle Machine has been broken for a week. Sitting by kitchen and they’re yelling back and forth. This is officially our last visit to the American Fork IHOP. Currently seeking a new place.. guess we’ll try Jim’s next week.

First time eating here, waited 20 minutes to be seated and then another 10 to get drink orders. Price is decent for how much food you get. Pancakes were AMAZING but the rest of the items were mediocre at best. Sadly had a good view of what seemed to be the manager fanning herself with a plastic food service lid over awaiting food. Eggs were tasty but the scrambled eggs were clearly from a packet or bag, not fresh. Juice drinks were tasty and refillable.

There were only 3 tables when we came in. We were greeted promptly and sat promptly. And that’s where it ended we sat and listened to 3 servers make fun of a person who placed a curb side order. They were wondering why he just didn’t come in and get his order “everyone else does”. We sat there for 10 minutes with with no check back. None of the other tables had been visited by the staff either. The severs just sat back away from the customers eating, laughing, and enjoying the free drinks. The customer who had issues with his curb side called in to speak to a manager. And the severs started making fun of him for asking to speak to the manager as of this customer was a “Karen”. I don’t expect amazing service at iHop but man… it was flat out awful. We walked out after 10-15 min of no one speaking to us and hearing the staff make fun of their customers

My favorite part of visiting this IHOP is the part where they seem surprised to see me. There is a brief scramble while they re-invent the concept of hosting. Eventually, somebody stumbles upon a clue and we get sat. Food comes slow, but tastes okay. If you need calories now, this is going to be a rough day for you. Service is meh. Charisma there is none, but things eventually happen. Basically, you know you shouldn't be here. They know you shouldn't be here. You are just doing it again because, why?

I tried the breakfast crepes for the first time and they were so good. The black coffee was delicious, too. We had just finished our TIMP race and IHOP was the perfect place for fueling up after we ran the 10k and half marathon. Breakfast hit the spot!
