Food is very great, service is great too; the place is neet and clean and they serve breakfast twenty four hours a day. It kinda reminds of Jerry's before it went down hill.

Wonderful breakfast! Great food at a great price. Fast, friendly service from everyone especially our server Crystal. Loved our time in Hazard and our breakfast at Huddle House was a great way to end our trip.

This was my first time dining at the Huddle House since it reopened and it was a welcome change from the local selection of restaurants. It was very busy as it tends to be when a new restaurant opens up in a small town. I had a good time with my son who really liked the pancakes he ordered. There was a few negatives however the biggest one was Huddle House stopped offering French toast which was what I wanted. I had to settle for pancakes which was good except the waitress forgot my hashbrowns which were too greasy. In all fairness to our waitress it was really busy and she had to work on her days that she was supposed to be off so I gave her a good tip. So if you dine at this local Huddle House just remember to order in your mind a cup of patience with a side of understanding and you should be fine! Overall I give this Huddle House8/10 🥞 😁

I have been 2xs now since the re open. Tim was our cook, and Tracy was our server the first time and they both was great! As was all the ladies and crew. They treated me and my children as their own. I think they did an outstanding job! And the 2nd time was great as well. Our server was really sweet, as was the staff. Chesney helped a lot too. I have served a long time myself and I have to give it to them. Just keep up the great work y’all!

We took a group of 33 people and pre ordered our food. They had the food ready for us when we got there and Crystal took really good care of us, regularly filling coffee cups and clearing our plates so we could sit and visit. It was a great breakfast!

So glad to see this place finally open. The manager is so nice even to her own staff. The staff are amazing and super friendly I highly recommend the MVP breakfast. Food is amazing. 10/10 definitely recommend

Def not like it used 2 be. Waitresses were just standing around talking and kept going outside. I had 2 wipe the table off and get our menus myself. Luckily a waitress, Faye, came over and asked if we had been waited on and took our orders even tho it wasn't her table. I used 2 love goin 2 this place but the service I received this last time has changed my opinion of this place. Oh, and the fact that they don't have French Toast anymore sucks.

If you want to be shaken down for tips, not get a refill until you’ve asked a million times, and eat grease soaked food, this is your place! Every time I’ve went they have been dead, not busy, whatsoever. I was so excited for this place to open, but only to end up being disappointed. Owners have lost my business. I work nearby and was ordering multiple times a week, trying new menu items, but will not return. Service was HORRIBLE every single time and food wasn’t even that great. Morning shift workers were ALWAYS rude. Walked in with a friend to place an order to go this morning and the workers were glaring at us and whispering. As usual. One woman finally came over and took my friends order, then told the cooks and walked back over to the group of girls. None of them offered to come take my order, just kept standing there whispering and glaring while I stood there at the register. After about 5 minutes of standing there, I walked out and left my friend standing there waiting on her order. The place was empty, only one elderly couple inside eating breakfast. No excuse for this!!
