Breakfast Menu "Huddle House" Brandenburg

Server was excellent. Was was not good and cook only made 1 order at a time. There was 1 other table 3 people. We waited about 1.5 hours for our food. We would have left but we were with friends and having a good time anyway.

Hadn't been to Huddle House in a few years,so stopped in for breakfast. What a disaster! My husband and I got the MVP breakfast.First it took a very ,very long time for my order to arrive at the table. My husband's arrived about ten minutes later. The waffles were stone cold, the biscuits and gravy barely warm, just seemed like the food had been sitting there awhile before we got it. The cook and another employee stood and chatted a good 10 minutes before she even started making our breakfast! We sent the waffles back and got two fresh ones which,to no surprise, still were barely warm even though we were told they came right out. The coffee was extremely weak and cold! My husband's eggs were not over light as he had ordered. The turkey sausage was cold and tasteless. Neither of us ate much. The only bright spot was our wonderful server, Precious. She was smiling and gracious.She went out of her way to try to make our experience less painful. They have a real treasure in her and she deserves better. All in all, it was a total waste of money. Needless to say, they will not get another dime from us.

I came in and immediately was greeted by my wonderful server, Candace. Not only did she make sure that my needs were met, she went above and beyond to almost telepathically know exactly what I want before I was even able to ask for it. Whether it was water refills, more sauce or even more silverware, Candace was on it and didn't miss a beat. She made sure our food was out early and even gave a great recommendation for certain dishes, in which I selected based off her recommendation and it's safe to say the food was superb. She made me feel like i was a loved member of her family and ensured that I would feel welcomed. I will definitely be calling ahead in the future before I come in to make sure that Candace is my server, so that I can come and get that Signature "Huddle House Customer Service." Once again, thank you so much, Candace your help was greatly appreciated.

My husband and I stopped in here and I don't typically go online to give a review. Hopefully someone gets something out of reading this, but I wanted to compliment the young lady named Candace who served us! She seriously worked so hard and was so polite. My husband drinks sodas like a fish, so it was very impressive that he never had an empty glass! I wish her all the best, and hope to get her as a server if we pass through there again!

Candace was a wonderful server, never let my cup get empty, order was taken promptly, food was delivered to table quickly upon completion or preparation. Not only is this young lady a wonderful server, but she is also a friendly, likable person, with a smile on her face. You should be happy to have her on your staff.

We got there tonight a little before 8pm. As soon as we were seated our waitress (Debbie) brought us menu's and took our drink orders. She was very polite and friendly. Our order was correct and cooked perfectly. While there we learned that most of the staff had been there since 5am. I know they had to be tired, however the entire staff was friendly and professional. We will definitely be going back.

Mercedes is amazing every time we're in here! Today, we had our first issue but she solved it quickly! Always recommend these ladies here! They're always so nice and friendly! Mercedes and Raven ALWAYS conversates with myself and my husband. We love this restaurant! Yes, we are local. 💙

Food was tasty and served quickly. Place was organized and clean. Staff worked well together. Affordable prices and friendly service. My server was a sweet young lady named Jazmine. I will be back soon. 🙂
