I had never been and googled cuban sandwich near me. I have to say the cuban was not my favourite it was just thick sliced deli ham, but the pickles and bread were amazing. The broccoli cheddar soup I got as a side was by far the best restaurant broccoli soup I've ever had! The staff is super welcoming, and are happy to explain the items. I will return to try more of the menu.

Staying in the area and decided to give this place a try as I’d seen it in the local restaurants Facebook group. We ate there for lunch. It was steadily busy. We tried the Sicilian sandwich and the sampler platter with chicken salad (regular), pimento cheese and fresh fruit (with crackers and pita bread). The presentation for both was spectacular! The fresh bread for the sandwich was amazing! We enjoyed them both quite a bit - only adjustment was a bit of salt and pepper to season the chicken salad a bit more; and some more condiments on the sandwich (would probably get extra oil on it next time). The potato salad side was yummy. It was $25 for the two of us including two drinks; which may not be the most affordable lunch - but the sandwich was HUGE! And the sampler platter was a lot to eat. The cheese with the balsamic vinegar glaze was a nice touch. Next time we’d likely split something. They had a lot of interesting sounding items on their menu. We would definitely try it again!

Ordered a Cuban sandwhich and got two types of ham despite it saying sliced pork. This was just a ham and Swiss with pickles. Also the soda had no carbonation but they weren't letting anyone know before they paid for a 3$ drink. 1st time here and will also be my last. Potato salad was more like Mayo salad.

Not impressed. Prices seem way high, especially for the quality of food. My son really wanted pizza for lunch, and while I had never eaten at Hots, I knew pizza was on the menu. I ordered a 7" cheese and pepperoni for him. So first thing, there's no crust on the outside to hold onto, so you're either sticking your fingers in the toppings or eating with a knife and fork. I decided knife and fork was the way to go given my son is 5 and didn't want to deal with the mess. So that brings me to issue #2. Calling this a pizza is a stretch. It has pizza toppings and pizza sauce...and it's round...that's about where the similarities end. This was clearly a tortilla "crust", which would make this closer to a quesadilla than a pizza. Crust really is the wrong word, because it implies crispness or firmness. This had neither. It was about what you'd expect from a floppy tortilla with greasy toppings on it. The sandwich I had wasn't bad, but it was probably the most vanilla sandwich I've had outside of two slices of white bread and some Oscar Mayer deli meat.

The food here is always so good! Service is wonderful! Usually a longish wait around 12-1 but the line is quick

Haven't been in awhile but I'm glad I stopped in today. The baked garlic Parmesan wings are delicious. Good, friendly customer service as well. Not to mention they have the roasted red pepper with Gouda soup that I love!

The freshest and best sandwiches. Great pizza as well. Roasted red pepper soup was awesome

To be fair, I've only been here once, so maybe I just went on an off day... But, I've been wanting a good reuben since I moved here and that's what brought me in. The place appeared to be clean and comfortable, and staff was nice enough, but I chose to get my sandwich to go. Once I got my reuben home and unwrapped it, I was instantly disappointed. It was small for a sandwich I just paid $7 for... Although the 'fillings' were pretty good, there wasn't much to it, and the sandwich type bread was starting to get stale on the edges... I had to supplement the meal with a bowl of cereal so I wouldn't get hungry again right away. I really do think there's good potential here, but I don't know if I'll go back soon. Hopefully, when and if I do, it will be up to par with it's reputation.
