The food is great, but the older lady who works the morning shift is incredibly rude and off putting. I would definitely rather go to the 21st St location as they actually act like they're happy you're there and not a bother.
I have never had a bad experience here. I am a repeat customer and have always had fresh, hot, delicious food from here.

Other than crunchy brown rice, the burrito bowl was good. My fault for not paying attention to the brown rice being low, next time I'll get white rice.
Burritos dont hold together every good, chips were crushed, 3 different pops are flat. Over all not vary impressed with this hot heads
Once again disappointed first two times and my order was wrong twice and wasn't even attempted to repair the order. There manager doesnt do that i was told . Over phone and 2nd time messed up in person and was told sorry but that didnt replace my uneatable food. Poor job.
First time eating here. Instead of only getting my favorite ingredients, I went with the #2 in a burrito. This is the Hawaiian style. Holy black beans! It was amazing. So much flavor and that sweet habinero sauce definitely put a zing in there. Perfect balance of sweet and savory in every bite. The store was spotless and well lit. Kudos to the staff.
Definitely great food and flavor. Better than Chipotle.
