Our server was super nice and attentive. This location is DIRTY!!!! Needs a thorough cleaning and continual attention. Also need proper seating placement. We got trapped in our table area as they placed a large party right at the end of table. Their chairs when sitting were right at the table top. Food was good!! Server was great!

Great service, wings were good but under-sauced, but all around it was a good lunch experience.

I had such a great experience at Hooters because of our waitress Deena. She was absolutely amazing. She provided amazing customer service, checked on us periodically, friendly to my kids, and gave great recommendations 😀. She deserves a raise for being so genuine and providing top notch service. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Deena.

I like to keep my reviews honest and unbiased, so here is my honest review. The wait was un reasonably long, and let me clarify, it wasn’t the waitress’ fault it just took so long for the cooks to make our food. Speaking of food, it was sub-par, it definitely wasn’t your mommas burgers but I don’t have much else to say about the food other than “mid”. But the last and probably best part was the atmosphere, if you like the whole “sports bar” atmosphere then this is your place. However it is not the place you want to go if you want a good, quick meal. Overall 5/10

My husband and I went here and had to wait to be seated - no problem. It’s a busy Summer weekend. Once we got to our table, we had to wait 30 minutes for a server to attend to us. I realize they are busy - but when people that were sat after us are served, I decided to flag down a waitress who apologized profusely. Our server then came to the table. She was apologetic and wonderful. She offered us a discount for the wait to which I responded - we would just take a free drink. She then came to our table and told us that would not be possible as the manager would not allow it. That is fine. I asked to speak to the manager and told him we would accept a discount. Mind you, we have missed our parasailing trip having been in the restaurant for more than an hour and a half at this point with no food. He begrudgingly agreed. When our server arrived to the table, she stated the manager told her “not to engage” with us. This is the first time I have ever asked to speak to manager ever. We were not causing a scene. And still tipped our waitress above the 15% standard because she was wonderful. The manager, Michael, should really find a new job if he is unwilling to “engage” with unhappy customers. I believe he is new. Reading through the reviews, I can see this establishment has gone downhill since he has taken over. Shame on you, Michael.

Good food and you can sit outside and enjoy ocean view

Customer service over the phone was great but in person was a different story. Our to go order should have been a smooth process but unfortunately it wasn't, i had to wait around longer than expected even after calling beforehand to make sure before walking inside for pick up. Luckily our food was delicious my family and I loved it!

What happened to Hooter's? Our waitress was as ignorant as they get, from obviously lying about forgetting to put our order in, to bringing out a total of 2 forks when our table of 4 nicely asked if we could have silverware. I really blame management for the train wreck we experienced. The manager walked by our table probably 8-10 times during the hour we sat waiting for our food and never stopped to see why our table was empty when it was mid afternoon and there were only 3-4 other tables with customers. Please just close up so hopefully a better run establishment can move into the spot.
