Ordered to-go (8/18/23) Twisted Texas Melt w/ fries... stood for 10min finally got floating bartender... fries are dried melt looks barely cooked... won't come back I can see why 3.9 rating
Congratulations on giving me the worst the dining experience of my entire year. From the start things were not good. We had to wait five or 10 minutes before we even got a waitress to take our drink order. Then I had stop her as she was walking away so we could get an appetizer order in. The appetizer came out quickly, and that is the only positive of the entire experience at this place. Also the only time that we saw our waitress again. She ignored us the entire time we were sitting there, got my order wrong, never came back to check on us, and never refilled our drinks. 30 minutes later they finally brought out the main course which was wrong , not what I ordered. The restaurant wasn't even busy. After sitting there for an hour, my wife already having eaten, and me still waiting on my crab legs, I decided to ask for the manager so we could get our check and get the hell out of there. The manager was great, but the waitress, Esmy, was practically useless and absolutely needs to be fired. She has no business working in the service industry and only came back to check on us after she saw the manager at our table. Our food that we did get was brought out by other waitresses and was substandard, except for the fried mozzarella. Not something I would ever come back to eat. This ruined my entire evening and my date with my wife. I will never be back to this establishment.
Hours have been reduced. But great staff. Girls are nice, polite and talkative. Cindara (spelling?) is exceptional. Managers are friendly. Nice local Hooters.
The service was slow, the food was cold, the beer was hot, and the AC was out. In their defense, the waitress had the manager come over and explain that the AC compressor was out and she did offer to get us cold beer, but every request took SO LONG, it wasn't worth the wait. 😒
Visited this location today for lunch. Breakdown of my visit. 1. Wings 5 out 10 2. Grilled chicken salad 4 out of 10 3. Atmosphere 2 out of 10 4. Having eating utensils available at lunch 1 out 10 5. Hooters girls personality/energy 2 out of 10 6. Cleanliness 1 out of 10 The service was pretty rough today. The atmosphere was comparable to watching paint dry on a old shed. I remember hooters being entertaining and energetic. This hooters needs a revamp badly!
This place has gone downhill. Short staffed, long waits, orders messed up and prices aren't cheap. Bartenders do everything, servers can barely keep up with their tables. Food takes forever - waited an hour for wings and it wasn't busy. Used to love Hooters but going somewhere else from now on.
The food was ok but the service could have been a lot better. My companion and I asked one of the waitress how tall was she ? She snapped and very rudely said she was busy. Which has nothing to do with anything very pretty girl but very nasty attitude. Half way through our meal the meat topping I requested for my ceaser salad at the time of ordering still had not come. I was all done with my meal and the meat topping was presented. The service at this location is below average I do not recommend
We where told to sit anywhere. Then no one would wait on us. Our Co-worker left a review two months ago and there is no change. There really needs to be a REAL Evaluation done at this location. Turnaround time to sit and eat is extremely long. Hard to come here on lunch break because there is no sense of urgency. Disappointed that this behavior continues to persist. We have been coming here for over a year hoping that it changes but nothing.
