We just went here for the first time the other night. Service started off slow, but afterwards was very quick and attentive. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Our bar drinks were great. I got naked wings, and they were fine. My husband got one of the chicken sandwiches with the 3 mile sauce. He enjoyed his sandwich, despite it having shrimp shells in it. We did show the waitress when she came back around at the end. And she seemed apologetic. While kind of gross, it wasn't much of a big deal as my husband does not have any allergies, and just picked the shells out as he chewed them; But I'd caution those with shell fish allergies to just avoid this place, as cross contamination seems to be an issue. I don't know if we will be back. 😅
Me my sisters and niece went here last week . The waitress said sit where u like. Took them about 5 or 10 to come. She came took our drink order. She said the menu on web to order. She bought the drinks back. We order when she came back. A 15 wings and fries. I taste the drink it was felt. My niece said her was too. We told her she looking. crazy. We said could we get something else she said yes. She bought lemonade back in walk off. Took a min before the food to come we ask for boxes to go. She bought the ticket for $41 dollars. I show her me and my niece lemonade we didn't drink our drink because it was not sweet at all. I thought she was going to take off the ticket she didn't. Taste one of the wings that was nasty .I'm glad we just oder 15. So i think we deserve our money back. I should ask for a manager but i didn't. Bad Customer Service and the food wasn't not good. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't return here. The waitress was Isabella....
This was my first time at Hooters in a long time and I enjoyed the food and the service was excellent.
Customer service is always great, but the cooks in the back are horrible. I have never complained before whenever they have messed up my food. I ordered a pound of steam shrimp. Typically, they come ez peel and deveined sprinkled with old bay seasoning. Tonight my shrimp was deveined and shell off, which is fine. But there is absolutely no old bay season on any if the shrimp, just bland. This is not the first time they did this, so I am venting now, bcz they are closed and I can't take them bk tonight. I am done with the Hiram Location. I will take my business to Kennesaw.
The server was ridiculously inattentive to my table. I saw her twice, to take my order and then to bring me my over cooked fish & chips and too salted tater tots. The entire visit all the girls stayed huddled up on their cell phones like it was the hen house break room. This is one sorry hooters! Keep driving through Hiram until you get to twin peaks!
Service was a bit slow, but polite and attentive. The food was great and filling. I recommend a bottle of beer vs one from the tap. Much appreciation shown for veterans. Please check your beer taps for cleanliness and your kegs for expiration dates.
Service was good, couldn’t even tell it was her 2nd day after she said so. The food is absolutely disgusting. Not the experience and food Hooters was 10 years ago.
Atmosphere was too loud, overcrowded. Service was not good and food was overpriced.
