The store, AMBER, was amazing. Amber and her staff has AMAZING customer service. I had a issue ordering online with coupon codes. Amber made sure that the issue was resolved and I left extremely happy. I've eaten at several Hooters across the South. Hooters Bossier City (the Boardwalk) has by fair have the best WINGS and other food. Always fresh and never taste like old grease like all other locations we have eaten at. EAT AT HOOTERS BOSSIER CITY. AMBER AND HER TEAM ARE AMAZING. THANK YOU AMBER for your Great Customer Service and caring for your Customers !!!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!! PLEASE DON’T EAT HERE!!! My mom and I came in from Denver, CO to visit family this past holiday weekend. We decided to stop by Hooters on The Louisiana Boardwalk. First of all, we had to wait an hour to be seated. Once we were finally seated, we sat and waited for at least another 15 minutes before being greeted by our server. Once we were finally able to order drinks, we decided to order one of their “legendary” margaritas. When the server brought out our drinks, they tasted like watered down cough syrup. And top of our drinks being gross, the server messed up my order and brought me the completely wrong drink..I just went ahead and drank it in lieu of waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes for a new one…my mom and I then attempted to order food….you know, nothing too crazy, just wings, fries, and nachos….the regular routine Hooters appetizers that EVERYONE orders and should take NO LONGER than 10 minutes tops to prepare…..After we sat and waited, and waited, and waited, for almost another 30 minutes, our server sashayed on back over to our table, just to inform us that the kitchen was backed up on EVERYONE’S order due to them having two new cooks that night. I just happened to have a front row seat view into the kitchen area where I saw frustrated cooks in the back, slanging food across dirty counter tops, with dirty gloves on….This is the same food that was being served to starving, anxiously awaiting, unassuming customers(please see attached photos) We never did receive our wings or fries but luckily, the nachos finally came before my mom passed out from extreme hunger. We dove into the nachos like it was the last supper, only to quickly discover that they were worse THAN the watered down margaritas. The chili on the nachos was also watered down and tasted like it had sat out, in a hot kitchen, one day too many…it had spoiled for sure….My mom and I immediately began to have really bad stomach cramps and nausea….which ended up being a severe case of food poisoning (vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, headache, chills)…We ended up just paying for the watered down drinks and telling the manager to forget about the rest of the food…Listen….if you are ever visiting the Shreveport/Bossier area, Hooters on the Louisiana Boardwalk is definitely not the place to eat….that is, if you value your health, time, and hard earned money……

Food was missing stuff. Like sauce and veggies on the burgers. Waited a while for food and it wasn't really that busy. We ate at around 430. But was told the kitchen was slammed why everything came out missing stuff. Also just not the best tasting. Server was also not very attentive. We had to keep flagging her down and asking ⁹for what we needed. Not once did she ask if we were ok or if we needed anything. We got one refill. We sat without drinks most of the visit. All 4 of us. It was almost 100° so refills would have bee&ñ&&n nice. We were not told that fries were extra with the wings. We just though she was asking if curly fries were ok or did we want to substitute like she asked about everone else's plates. That was an extra $5. It was about $90 for a family of 4. Food and service not really worth it.

1 star is too much. Dirty tables & floors. Ordered 6 wings, curly fries & a margarita. Drink was ok but it too 30-45 minutes to bring out food. I ordered mild wings but didn't know they would be flavorless. I see why I haven't been to a Hooters in 6 years. Saw a few of the "Hooter ladies" standing around in a huddle.. There were unclean tables. The best thing about this place was the restroom & when I left. A waste of time & money. Pure trash

Horrible service, rude waitress, dirty kitchen floor. We canceled our order after the waitress kept getting the drink orders wrong then got an attitude with me when I let her know it was wrong popping off "Honey I promise I put sweet tea in that cup" when it's easy to tell sweet from unsweet.

Kenzie was our server. Very attentive. Food was good. I don't eat at Hooters often, but I would recommend.

I WON'T GO BACK EVER. THERE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT . NATIONAL CHICKEN DAY. WE GET DOWN THERE . AND WAS TOLD IT WAS LIMIT 1 BUY 10 GET 10 FREE. SO WE SPENT OUT MONEY AT ANOTHER RESTAURANT. COMPLETELY WRONG. I LET ALOT OF PEOPLE KNOW OF THIS BUSINESS DECEPTION.

Everything was delicious and fresh. Hooter waitress was very attentive and sweet. I would recommend it to anyone.
