Ordered through Uber eats, called about 2 minutes after placing order to ask for no onion, since option wasn’t available when placing order, and was told that changes couldn’t be made since they already finished my order. They were able to make me a new order since I just placed it. When food arrived the combination fried rice looked bland like if the meat had just been boiled. It had no color on any of the beef, shrimp or chicken. The quality has definitely gone down it wasn’t previously like this. Would NOT recommend!!
Bro that food is so good forget what everybody else is saying. I got my food deliverer and the food was piping hot. Like the chicken wings were crispy and crunchy. The Crab Rangoons were nice and hot while also being seasoned well. The French fries were crunch but some of them were soft like the good kind of soft. I would give this place 10 stars if I could while also giving the cook who made my food my first born child. The food from Hong King express never fail me. PLEASE keep this business running because the food they make is BOMB. Everyone who was eating with me were quiet the entire time that’s how you know the food is good. I swear they put crack in that food there is no way it’s that good. I could write a whole essay on how good the food is.
Bugs Anyone? After the man at the front took out the trash, without washing his hands while holding a cigarette handed me my food. Got home and a BUG leg was in my fries. I will never eat here again.
Took my family of 5 (including some picky eaters and one child with a gluten allergy) and everyone found something they liked and all were very pleased. Lots of leftovers too! Ate in so everything was super fresh.
I had delivery that took over an hour to an address that was literally across the street! The meat was dry and tasteless, it looked like leather! Totally inedible!
This place is terrible. I ordered online and asked for no shrimp in House Special Pancit, I am allergic to shrimp. I drove 25 minutes to pickup and then back home of course there was shrimp in my Pancit. I called Hong Kong and told them the issue. They said bring it back, I said I didn't want drive another hour to return the item, just refund the dish since I can't eat it. They said it was my fault because the kitchen can't see when you add requests to the online order. I asked how would I know that? They said just bring the food back whenever I order again. I said I don't eat chinese every day it may be awhile. The manager said if you dont bring the food back there wasn't anything he could do. So I paid $10 for something I can't eat and if I don't bring back a weeks old dish with me I'm basically out the money. I'll never eat there again. And I will tell any and every one who will listen there customer service is terrible!!!
Bad customer service. I went in no hi, or may i help you. I even said hi, and she didn't say a word. I left the restaurant because im not spending money where they dont want my money .
This place is A HIDDEN GEM. Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. Everything I've tried here is delicious (pepper steak, egg rolls, spring rolls, general tso chicken, pork fried rice) and super fresh. Some reviews have mentioned bad customer service as their reason for low ratings. I have never had a bad experience with customer service - the people at the front are just VERY busy and are juggling a ton! I was super skeptical coming in here for the first time because it looks like your standard carryout Chinese restaurant, but it's so much better than standard! There's minimal seating, but not many people eat in so there's usually always a seat available.
