I tried the pulled pork sandwich and the mac and cheese. Both were very good! It also came with some tasty, crunchy pork rinds as a garnish. This was a great surprise especially since this was my 1st time visiting. I would like to mention that I called my food in about 10 minutes before I arrived. I waited an additional 15 or more minutes after I got there before my food was ready. If you call it in, be sure to give them plenty of time. I'm going to try their wings next time. I'm going to give them another try but, if I have to wait that long again, I probably won't go back.

Awesome. Simply awesome. Very friendly service, cool and laid back atmosphere. The beer selection is great for those that don't swear on Bud Lite. Very generous helpings of great food at a good price. I think their menu has everything you would want in a southern BBQ restaurant. I am in town for the week and I think I will be going here every night that I'm here.

I have had the best pulled pork and stew from here (many times). I have eaten many places but their stew is a sweet mess of goodness! Update: I took a large take-out of the H&A Stew to my Father and he swears it is the best stew he has ever had. I go by and get stew at least once a week, and now my Father added this as his fav place. BEST STEW EVER!!!

I got there late around 830 and was Leary to go inside. I had read the reviews and really wanted onion rings tonight. Service was great and I ordered the pulled pork and brisket. It did not disappoint. Onion rings and beans were very hot and good.

I had a wonderful experience at Hog & Ale. I went in for their Brunswick Stew, which was delicious!! To add to that, I also received outstanding customer service. Not only did the owner make special accomodations for me with a genuinely great attitude, he remembered my name and engaged even past the point of rapport that was needed. I appreciated that. I will be back!

Great service. Some of the best ribs around. A child in our group had the Mac & Cheese with pulled pork on top gave it 2 thumbs up. I’ll definitely visit Hog & Ale again.

We hired them to Cater our wedding. Was not happy at all. They were supposed to provide extra burners for the food to keep warm which they didn't. By the time the guest got to eat the food was cold and the only burners they provided which was one for each dish and not extra, the burners did not last 4 hours as stated but only 2. We had soo much food left over due to the guest not wanting to eat cold food. An absolute shame to sit there and watch $1200.00 worth of food go to waste! I don't recommend this business for catering as it was a hug disappointment and waste if money. After speaking with the owner and who has not followed up, makes me feel that they don't care about there customers. Went with them because the food was good, however their catering was aweful!

So I've known for awhile the BBQ here is world class (yes, brisket, I'm looking at you my juicy lover). And I knew they smoked wings were really tasty, but I just found out about their fried hot wings. Oh, man! I lived in Buffalo, NY for years and ever since I have been searching for that wing that you bite into a good crunch then immediately you get hit with a juicy burst (all the good wing joints in Buffalo have that).... Now I have a wing joint in the PTC! Thanks H&A.
