Sushi. Steaks. Cocktails. Pairs of 2 (ie perfect for date spot.. or couples). The playbook for Hillstone is pretty consistent throughout their locations This one in Miami is on ‘Miracle Mile’ and definitely exudes a bit of a ‘higher brow’ vibe.. but friendly Went in around 6pm (early for Miami) on a Fri evening and this place was packed. Managed to get seats at the bar but by 7pm, there was definitely a wait across the board Service was stellar. No one pressuring you to order quickly, or to eat and dash.. ideal if you’re looking to chill, pass time, hang out while picking at food or getting to know someone Yellowfin = solid, fresh Seared ahi tuna + salad = GREAT (the sauce they put on top is the business) Deviled eggs = what you’d expect.. nothing to write home about Chicken kale Caesar salad = good Cocktails were on point.. they have a Hillstone Negroni which is worth a try

My go to spot for a casual Tuesday night dinner. The tuna tartare is spot on. Can’t go wrong with that for an appetizer. If you like sushi order the coconut shrimp roll..DELICIOUS. For an entree get the Hawaiian ribeye “Pittsburg Style” Food, Service and Ambiance is always great. Just make sure to make reservations in advance.

This place is a great dive for client lunches and dinners. In fact it was Recommended by a client. The reservation system on the web page was easy, the reminder came in on time, and was helpful. When at the restaurant the staff found us a great spot which was a U-shaped booth for three of us. We took the Guacamole and chips for starters, while that was underway, we ordered our main course. I picked the the veggie sushi and was out of this world. My friends took the salmon and loved it. We ended the meal with ice cream sundae with fudge. We will be doing an encore for the brownie fudge 😇😇😇

Hillstone group is overall great at curating an unfortgetable experience at their restaurants. If you love their famous houstons then you'll be in great company with hillstone. The menus are identical. The ambiance is A1...business casual or just sneakerless with jeans. The drinks are strong. The food is good not great. I had the artichoke hearts , the dipping sauce is mustard based. The chicken sandwich is massive and well prepared. This is a great first date experience not too cheap but not totally expensive while you get to know someone :). My server made good suggestions and the food came out fast. I went during lunch so I was seated quickly. Expect a wait if going to dinner of at least 1 hour.

Finally I was able to eat in this chain restaurant! I understood why it takes forever to eat in this place: the prices are low for being a meat restaurant. In many opportunities I have called to make a reservation and they have told me that don't accept reservations. But, this time I called and they took my reservation. Even thought that I made a reservation, I was waiting for about minutes. There is not option to sit down in the bar, because this in only for people who is going to eat. There are a few tall tables behind the bar where you can have a drink to wait for the table, but the space is too small. Not available. They don't serve water. The waitress was great and very friendly. The order took a long time to be served. The atmosphere is very noisy, informal, the place is old and it's not well decorated, so I don't understand why they request to have an upscale attire. Parking: public a few blocks away or in the street. The quality and flavor of the food is average good. Prices for meat: good. Suggestion: to improve the service of the hostess and the reservations.

Service was okay. It took a while for the food to get ready though...The food itself was just "okay" No juices, just coke products. Unless the server was new and misinformed us.

Hillstone Restaurants in Miami, Florida, offered an exceptional dining experience with great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding food. The highlight was undeniably the smoked salmon, which had a perfect smoky flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The staff provided attentive and professional service, making us feel valued throughout the evening. The restaurant's interior struck a balance between elegance and relaxation, setting the stage for a memorable meal with friends or a romantic dinner. Overall, Hillstone Restaurants in Miami delivers on all fronts, offering a must-visit destination for those seeking a remarkable dining experience.

I like everything here. The pork shop is actually very tasty, sushi is very good too and the tres leches, fuera de este mundo. 😋
