Man I love the prices but I had a terrible experience today. I bought a 2 for $10 breakfast burrito and it came with the bread tag in the burrito! It’s close by and I don’t have much options. So I went to get a wet chicken burrito today at 9pm. I asked for no cheese and they put more cheese than usual. What’s the point of telling people you have allergies to something and they still do this?? This sucks because I spent $11 on this burrito and I can’t eat it. Thanks.
Food is NOT all that. Flavor is missing. I tried to give it a few tries to like it but nah you can find way better food somewhere else for the same price or cheaper. Me and my family got food poisoning from this place. I DO NOT recommend. Employees are alright they aren’t nice and they are not rude… they just mind their business and do their job.
Ordered here for the first time through UberEats delivery, and it was really good. One bad thing is that they only have “Coke” and “Diet Coke” as drink options, I don’t drink soda so that sucked, but with the family pack special, you get the bang for your buck— food was delicious, and they even added thousand island dressing on the side. I’d definitely order from here again~
I have been going to this place for many, many years and today was the worst day I have ever experienced . The cashier in the drive thru was very rude and messed up on my order and had terrible customer service and for someone like her to act the way she did, she should not even be working there. If you don’t like your job then leave and get a better one. I even had to walk out my car to get the rest of my order and I was in the drive thru! She didn’t greet me or thanked me when I drove up or walked inside the restaurant. As nice I was to her, she still rolled her eyes to me and I wish I would have received better service.
Cool place to stop and get some old fashioned back in the day Burgers and fries.. take out is best for the Atmosphere..
I've been coming here for so many years love the chili cheese fries. Burger is a French fries are good. I highly recommend anybody to go get their chili cheese fries. I tried different places but not compared to Hercules. I have to stick with one spot and that's what is hercules
Green wet chicken burrito. Very flavorful, and the chicken was incredibly soft and tender. A great experience was in and out with 10 mins. Also, the day before, I had ordered the chili cheese pastrami fries. Bomb.
Hamburgers and fries are really good. I would say the quality has gone down, because back in the day they were even better. Fast service and I usually get a good attitude from the workers there which is a plus.
