The granddaddy of them all actually originated in Vienna like the name suggests, but today wiener schnitzel is a mainstay all over Germany pork cutlet lightly breaded served with a lemon garnish and roasted potatoes.

Boneless pork loin cutlet lightly breaded, then sauteed and topped with a lot of delicately spiced mushroom gravy. Try it with roasted potatoes or swabian spatzle.
