We passed by and decided to go for the classics. Had a slim Jim and my wife had the original big boy burger. Had some great french fries also. Great little community minded restaurant. Could see many were returning customers. Definitely stop by and enjoy a nice meal.

Our server today was Julie and the cook who made burgers was Mike. My husband loved the burger so much, we didn't even get a photo. He always orders medium rare and he felt like this burger was cooked perfectly. So much so, he had to have a photo with the chef. Good job bro! Service was great too. Julie was kind and attentive. Great experience! Thank you 🙂

I'm still hungry... Quality at Big Boy has really gone downhill. I ordered the chicken tender platter for $9.49. I got six very small strips of chicken. I don't think it equaled a whole breast. I thought she brought out calamari, because the pieces were so small. For size comparison they were equal to a french fry. Our waitress never came to make sure everything was okay, we had to ask for her to come to us. I glanced at the soup bar when I grabbed my salad. I think I would have gotten food poisoning, from the stale old soup. What happened to Big Boy? They used to be the place to go and eat. Two thumbs down!!!

1st off tell your waitstaff not to touch customers. I know she is just being friendly but she was touching my daughter's hair telling her how cute it was. My daughter is 13 and does not like being touched. I know I've heard it a million times about inflation and having to raise prices. But when you are changing 9.99 to add on the salad bar you have gone too far. And nowhere in your menu does it state the price. But that is ridiculous!!! The food quality has gone downhill. But the prices keep going up. Well your prices don't match your product. So I won't be coming back again!! The salad bar price was my breaking point. Good luck. I'll be sure to pass the word about your price increases.

Our waitress at Hartland Big Boy was Magen has a great personality a wonderful sense of humor. Took our order and brought our food within a timely manner. Always has a smile. Highly recommend.

Great service! Great breakfast! Couldn't ask for more. After howell losing their big boy and brightons less than appealing redo its nice to see a good old school big boy still operating.

The two servers worked very well together. I believe my servers name was Maggie and the other was Stella. What an amazing job. Haven't seen people together like that in some time. Thanks Maggie and Stella

Terrible service, food, menu. Dirty and slow, hasn’t been remodeled since they built this place probably in the 80s. $15 for the salad bar? $10 to add a salad to a meal? Are you kidding me. Every time I come here I remember why the last time I said I’d never come back. They should bulldoze his place and build a bdubs.
