Awesome food, service, and price. There is a good reason why this place survived for over 60 years. Coffee was decent, too. I loved the oatmeal pancakes. Fruit parfait, or fruit bowl with yogurt and granola was excellent and generous. Tuna melt sandwich was delicious and even had a gluten free option! Our server Shelly was friendly and actually smiled, which I find are becoming rare these days. Street parking in the front and more parking in the rear.

A fixture in downtown La Jolla. Been there over a dozen times, everytime I've gone there's always been a 5-10min wait, it's just a popular place! Lots of seats at the counter and booths.

Our new favorite breakfast spot. Excellent service. We had our orders out in less then 15 minutes. Kathleen was an A+ server. Did everything to make us comfy and well fed. Thank you

The most wonderful thing about Harry’s Coffee Shop… it does NOT change. We’ve made many a visit over the years.. We were back again after a four year gap. Great service, good food, traditional ‘old fashioned’ setting and ambience. We’ve not seen it ‘so quiet’ here’s hoping it continues to get sufficient future ‘cross generation’ support 😊😎🇺🇸

A classic American dinner with a Mexican Twist. I tried the Chilaquiles which was a first for me and a cool combination. The corn tortilla was a bit soggy with the sauce but maybe that’s what it was meant to be like. The Horchata was a very good drink there that I would recommend.

I ordered espresso shake, it was great idea. Recommend Espresso shake to you all.

We walked past this many times and didn't think it was a must go, but it is. They have about 5 main meals on their menu - simple, and everything is done SO WELL. Very fresh salads with gorgeous dressing, good meat in the burger, good brioche buns and just exactly what you need if you want a US classic done really well. They have an awesome cocktail menu (warning strong drinks 😀). It's a feel good place. Excellent service, super friendly and relaxed. They are dog friendly and even brought some ice water for our dog without us asking. They're so sweet and we felt so welcomed. Our previous fave was Jake's in Del Mar but I think this is now a favorite. They also do caeser salads, fish & chips - there's something for everyone. We're both foodies and highly recommend!

The best Mexican mocha, tasty fries and super crunchy and yummy hashbrowns My Reuben's toast was a little too well done.
