The food was fresh and tasty, but it took them a little bit longer than anticipated to prepare it. It was late in the night when I took my children there, so naturally everything was freshly made. Recommended if you're there for dinner time!

In area for holiday and wanted a quick breakfast item. Pulled to drive-thru with only 1 car ahead of me. Waited several minutes for driver to place order, my turn, 5 minutes after employee said one moment. Ordered a hash brown only and pulled to window, 3 cars ahead of me. After waiting another 5 minutes, decided not worth it so just left. Not to mention only a few cara i. The parking lot. Extremely slow.

I rarely give bad reviews for places, but this was terrible. Don't go through the front-end between the hours of 8 PM - 10 PM because you will wait 20 minutes before getting your food. The food itself is fine and tastes delicious, so if you don't mind the wait then go on ahead.

Just left Hardee’s drive-thru without receiving any food.....15 minutes for an order of chicken tenders and a cheeseburger is absolutely ridiculous. Before this it was 15 minutes for a breakfast plate and I gave up on ever getting the food and just left. I’ve learned my lesson, finally. I’m never going back to this location. This also explains why there was only one other car in the drive-thru during the peak of lunch hour and the parking lot was virtually empty.

Can see what looks like mold in the ketchup pump, if you dine in better ask for ketchup packs don't use the pump, flies all around front counter. Floor in the kitchen looks really dirty. You can see it from front counter. Owners need to get in here and whip this place back in shape. This is a high traffic area, they missing out on money with this poorly managed, dirty restaurant.

Had to repeat my order 4 times... just to wait 10 minutes in the drive through lane that never moved.. when people behind me left , I decided to do the same... the food isn't worth it if this is how slow they always are

Just left there at 3:55, the guy working drive thru never said a word except mumbling something about me pulling forward. He later came out with my food and just pushed it through my window. I said for him to have a good evening and he just walked away. So rude!

I go to Hardee's in truss. 4 breakfast. The biscuits are always good,,,, but the coffee is a gamble everyday, I like the senior price (59¢) 1 time coffee was full of grounds, undrinkable & I told em they didn't offer to make more I just had to switch to coke and there IS NEVER sugar & creamer & when I ask for it they just hand me some, never putting out more on the counter, but I still go there mainly for the price & convenience & can't get on the internet with their sudo wi-fi MyDaMnWoRd 😬🔫 Well since I wrote the above review Hardee's has come out with a new rise and shine coffee. It's a darker roast and a lot better than the old coffee. It must have been my review that made em upgrade the coffee in all the stores nation wide. So now there's no complaints about the Trussville location. Although I only go there for sausage biscuits. Hey that smoked sausage biscuit is damn good. I think it's Bryan sausage. Tasty yes. And I was able to get on and use their Wi-Fi today also. So keep it up my good ladies of Hardee's and you will continue to have the 5 gold stars pouring in! MyDaMnWoRd 😬 🔫 6/17/19 now that we're into summer, it's always way to hot in this Hardee's and the Chalkville Hardee's also. It's too unconvertible to enjoy a meal. So I either get it to go or go to one of many restaurants right down the street. And before you blame it on just the weather I left Hardee's and went straight to McDonald's and it felt like a artic breeze. I don't know if maybe corporate controls the thermostat or what, but this needs to be addressed. You shouldn't make employees work in those conditions! Cause if I'm burning up and sweating in the dinning room, it's got to be really bad in the kitchen!.. I mean...... MyDaMnWoRd 😬🔫
