I gave two stars because the lady at the window was very nice. However, I ordered two orders of the 5 piece fingers. Mine only had two that looked whole. The others seemed to be what was scraped off the bottom of whatever they cook in with barely ANY chicken in them. The pieces were burnt. They were so tiny. Same with my husbands. If I am paying 30 bucks for a meal, I expect it to be a whole meal. I also waited a considerable amount of time so I would have thought that it was going to be fresh? Pictures attached is what it looked like before eating.
Not a great experience, wasn't going to get a chicken biscuit but when she offered I said well if she's offering it must be good, nope, the grease is super old, you can taste it, and my hashbrowns were like rubber. Wouldn't think everything would be old at 7:45 in the morning. Lunch is usually different, the Mushroom and Swiss is a great burger but this was really rough.
We stopped in for breakfast. The lady at the drive thru was very nice, friendly and courteous! We placed our order and got it within seconds! She went above abd beyond to make sure we had everything when we were at the pickup window! The food was soo delicious! Our drinks were fresh! We do suggest that sometime on down the road that they get the Cinnamon Raisin biscuits back! We love them too! We'll definitely be back! We recommend any and everyone come eat at Hardees! The staff did very well as we had a bit of an episode with my wife, who scratched her esophagus due to incomplete chewing. A visitor to the store called 911 for us after I tried to do the heimlich maneuver for her, and she remained uncomfortable. Everyone was so helpful, and Mary made it through ok. The store in Toccoa is like family to us. We only regret the inability to do business with them more often.
Great burger but it was almost 35.00 for combos for two people! Surprising! Of course it wouldn't stop me from going back but a family of 6 would be different!
I love the big Mushroom & Swiss burger from Hardee’s! It’s very juicy & flavorful! I don’t live close to a Hardee’s so anytime I’m visiting my 2 daughter’s & their families I always try to swing by to get me a Mushroom & Swiss Burger! Always friendly service from the employees at this Toccoa GA Hardee’s! Hardee’s please open a Hardee’s in Gainesville GA! The nearest one in Hall County is Oakwood GA, but that’s 10-15 miles from Dawsonville Hwy area in Gainesville where most restaurants are opening these days. Thanks, Mrs.PKarrigan
The team here is awesome. The manager is always in a good mood. So sometimes you can hear him singing 🙄 lol
The biscuits I got were hot and delicious. They don't have stirrers for coffee. The lady at the window was friendly.
