November 2022 and you still can't dine in here. Please just close your doors and let someone open a place to eat that can serve customers. 2 employees inside standing in the lobby with the doors locked mouthing drive thru only. Just trying to take my son somewhere for dinner. Edit Aug 2023 still closed to dine in.
I just picked up a couple of biscuits from this location. The gentlemen running the drive through was very kind, professional and it was most definitely a great experience having him wait on me!!!! I could also understand him very well and he repeated my order back to me twice, once on the speaker and the second time at the window, to ensure that my order was correct! I told him that it was a pleasure having someone that was very nice and with no attitude and truly seemed to enjoy his job! I asked him his name and it is Brandon. I saw on his tag that he is the shift leader. So, I just wanted to give a huge Pat on the back for a very pleasurable experience and a job well done!!!
They only gave me gave me half my order. I didn’t realize until I got home, and wasn’t going to drive in 5 o’clock traffic to get a $5 refund. The burger I did get was smashed and the fries were cold. I was the only person in line, so it’s not like they had a rush or anything. Even with being the only customer there, I had to wait 15 minutes for my food, half of which was never served to me. The cashier was slovenly and rude. Will definitely not be returning here.
I’d like to give a great review because the actual food is good and the staff is exceptionally friendly. But I’m not exaggerating when I say that 10 times out of 10 they get my order absolutely totally wrong. Literally. Every single morning I have gone to get breakfast before work, my order has been wrong and usually I don’t have time to mess with going back through and having it corrected. Especially frustrating bc I’m a vegetarian, so when I get a steak biscuit or one covered in bacon it’s basically useless to me and pretty much threw money in the trash. There’s nothing like a fresh, warm Hardee’s biscuit but unfortunately won’t be eating here anymore.
5/27/23. I was too in a hurry at about 10:23am - lined back up I decided to come inside to place my order. “No one in line” - I stood there at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged that my order would be asked - so I asked if anyone was working the counter? Like the lady from the drive thru walked past several times to grab orders just as if no one stood there. I witnessed LISA take at least 3 orders back to back without even turning to ask of my order. So when I asked if anyone was working the counter - with an attitude she said I have some one giving order in my ear - aint but a couple of us working - I said I get that I’m in a hurry too that why I came in. I was just wondering if anyone taking counter orders I’m standing here. Then she switched and took my order. And then yelled back to the cooks at her own will an attitude to speed it up. Then i said well you must don’t like your job - LISA pictures below said O love my job. She told me I DIDN’T have to eat here. Lady working drive thru came up as if she was diffusing talking about don’t act like that there are children in here- and I was like she got the right one today. LISA must don’t want her job today. Asked for a light biscuit, and the fact there was none. I asked for a refund. I prefer light, not dark brown. 8/6/16 - went for chicken softvtaco, and was told res burrito was shut down....I said so what does that mean, you cant make a taco? She said yes, I passed on ordering. Specifically wanted chicken tacos 3/4 - there was an entire panel missing off drive thru board.....good thing I knew specifically what I wanted, because it was not displayed as an option?
I work at a large company nearby, every Tuesday morning I am here at 7:15am to buy the same exact $110 worth of breakfast for the crew. How can I place my order in advanced so I don't drown the Hardee's crew during the morning rush? The app does not function and calling it in isn't an option because no one answers the phone? Next week will be my 30th week in a row and it still seems that it's a surprise to the crew that I show up. Please help!
I went to Hardees last week with 2 of my grandbabies, after not having been there probably in years, and the service was good, .... but not so much my biscuit & gravy! because trying to bite into the bottom of the biscuit was like trying to bite into a piece of wood or a rock. It was so hard if I would have really bitten into it it might have broken some teeth. I don't care how long you've been around & how established you may be, WHY would you want ANY of your customers to have old food & hard biscuits. People spend ALOT of money eating out, they deserve better than that. Come on now!!
Great service, great food. I ordered a #1 Combo no pickle, no mustard. The employee even made sure to tell me that it doesn't come with mustard, so I'll know for future reference. And I WILL be getting one of those weekly! It tastes like a Gourmet Hamburger. 😳 They used romaine lettuce instead of iceberg slim, lol. They also use fresh, ripe tomatoes. I was mad that I couldn't finish it all. Great burger and fries! Thanks Hardee's ♥️
