Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Swainsboro

The restaurant was clean and food was good. We appreciated the counter person bringing our food to the table. We could tell the recently got a new Manager. Attitudes from previous visits were more negative and not really being a team player. You could see the improvement.

Typical Southern Hardees. Hardees biscuits are always the best, and the Country Fried Steak biscuit that you can get down south is the best of those

Service sucked. Employees were so slow and acted like they didn't care if there was a waiting line out the door. The biscuits were so dry, the lobby drink machine was out of all drinks. Employees didn't change the empty bottles over to insure customers had cold sodas . I will not return here for breakfast ever again .

Walked in , nobody there.....waited...a while....girl came from back, printed something from the register & put up a finger & said " wait a minute". I just Walked out. No wonder they are closing all over! Burger King had great service

The time online said they opened at 5:00 it’s 5:15 and they still are not open lights on inside store and outside the store.They didn’t take my order till 5:22 then had the nerve to have an attitude, food was ok customer service sucks.Called the store while waiting in line, they informed me that they we’re waiting on the manager and don’t know when he was coming that’s all they could tell me. Swainsboro Hardee’s…….

These poor employees were 2 young kids left all Alone without a supervisor/ trainer. They were confused, didn’t have the keys to access the register, couldn’t find the food items, the list goes on. Place is dirty, smells like rancid oil. Yikes. Corporate : please get these kids some training and give them a chance. They’re drowning without a manager. Why would anyone leave them alone like this?

The morning shift employees should all be fired! You don't play with people food when they are paying their hard earned money. On several different occasions I've requested that my chicken on my chicken biscuit sandwich not be hard. I felt like they were being funny because when I looked at it it was burnt. It's like they over cook it and it's not eatable. The last time the chicken was burnt. When I asked for the manager and showed her what was sold to me she acted like that was how they was supposed to be solded. She actually thought it was funny. I guess this is the reason they don't get much business because they definitely don't have to ever worry about getting my business again. If I could post the picture I would.

Staff was real. Friendly and quick service. Greeted me with a smile. That was with the visit.
