Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Suffolk

I was the only car in the drive thru at the the time and was told to pull up. I'm thinking I'm getting hot fresh food, instead some of my food was cold and soggy. I ordered two chilli dogs, two Frisco burgers and two fries. The chilli dogs and fries were okay, however, the burgers were cold with soggy tomatoes and buns. It really through my taste off for burgers or Hardee's for a good while. The employees were friendly and served us politely, the food was a little nasty. This is fast food so I'm not expecting the best but at least have the food hot and not soggy. Don't know if I will go back to this location.

It seems like every time I go to this Hardee's something is wrong with my order. I ordered 3 chicken tender meals with fries and 3 sweet teas. What I actually received was 3 Un-sweet teas, cold fries, and the chicken tenders looked like nuggets. The only thing they are good at is the breakfast in my option. The employees need to be trained more on customer service as well.

Hardee's fried chicken doesn't taste the same since before COVID-19...perhaps it's all these youth working and not caring about food quality or maybe it's just me and I really don't care for fastfood anymore. But, I was satisfied because I was hungry and I got filled up. Yet, I wouldn't go back to get it nor recommend it to anyone. The atmosphere wasn't pleasant and maybe the person at the window had a rough day. Maybe I just choose the wrong day to stop... Anyway, I hope it gets better for those who care for the chicken and everything else that Hardee's offers

Didn't get what I ordered. Was told to pull over wait for Manager, which I did She charged me more money to correct their mistake & the order was still missing an item when I got home. Called them they said get it in your next trip!

Fast and friendly service. Food was fresh and business was clean.

2pc chicken combo and a 5pc chicken tender combo. The two meals tasted old. The chicken wasn't crispy, and it wasn't hot. The fries tasted recooked and not hot at all. The biscuit with the 2pc combo didn't taste fresh at all. The toast with the 5 pc tender combo was limp. The only freshest items were the 2 drinks.

SLOWWWWWW service. Would not make burger "low carb" saying "We don't do that anymore." Tables not cleaned off, trash on floor, employees paying more attention to talking to each other than the customers or cleanliness of the restaurant.

Always have to wit for my puvkup order. Whole purposecfor ordering ahead is to avoid the wait. Usually very good. The breakfast biscuits are usually ery fresh but yesterday my ham buscuits were burnt and hard to bite into. Horrid breakfast...had to throw the whole order away!
