Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Stone Mountain

The egg on my biscuit was gray and molded. The only reason my rating is high is because the customer service was amazing.

Sprite needed syrup, fries were cold, burger was dry. The biscuit I got this morning was so good it made me come back for lunch. It's better than the burger King across the street. Breakfast was great, lunch was a little dissapointing. I heard the manager telling a worker to drop less fries more often, I'm assuming he knew they had gotten cold.

Came to this location this morning and had been looking forward to breakfast all morning as it was my “last meal” before I would get my wisdom teeth out but unfortunately missed the time. The two women that were working there this morning were amazing and told me I’d have to wait a bit but they could get me a #1 meal put together. Amazing staff those two ladies made my whole day

There is almost never a line when I go to this Hardee's, even though there is usually a line at the Burger King across the street. I think this is because there is almost always a ten minute wait or longer to get your food, even if there was nobody in line at all when you pulled up. You can imagine how long the wait gets if there ARE cars ahead of you. The workers are, generally, mildly friendly and do their jobs, but at an indifferent pace, not bothering to speed up service by helping out beyond their assigned role. But they have never gotten my order wrong, these days that's unusual.

I was very disrespected by an employee this a.m. on Sept 8th at the Drive thru window I got the window slammed in my face not once but 3 times. Was also told she would do it again was denied service because I asked for a plastic cup instead of the cardboard one. I literally started crying because I've never been so disrespected in my life. This came from a lady with curly hair that may be a manager. I Called the local authorities but they did absolutely nothing to assist me with getting her information to report the incident to corporate.

The food was on point, the steak biscuit and hash browns was hot and fresh, I did not care for the cinnamon roll I received, I more preferred the cinnamon biscuit, they used to sell, the girl at the window told me they stop selling the cinnamon biscuits years ago, hopefully they will start selling the cinnamon biscuits again soon.

Went through the drive through and when I got to the speaker the person said the drive through was now closed. I would have to come inside. There were five cars behind me and we all had to pull around and go inside. The staff was friendly but when breakfast biscuit was slightly salty and almost cold. The hash browns were lukewarm. The staff looked like they were overwhelmed. The lady at the counter was very friendly.

These guys flat out make great tasting burgers. They are more pricey than their fast food counterparts, but I think the price is justified. But, don't take my word for it. Give them a try.
