Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Stevens Point

I came in with two coupons and the ad from the paper that advertised buy one get one for $1. The fine print said it was available for in-restaurant orders. I went through the drive through and there was a young girl working who was super nice, but she had to ask her manager about the deal that didn’t have a direct coupon. The manager came over and took the ad, and her snarky reply was “nobody told me about this, so I’m not doing that,” and then she walked away, leaving the poor employee apologetic and embarrassed. I felt so bad for her… After years in retail management, I’d like to think I have a pretty good grasp of customer service and when to honor or not honor an advertised deal. While I believe it should have been honored, as I had the physical proof in hand, her refusal would have been better received had she shown the slightest amount of human decency. The going out there is rough right now, but don’t take it out on customers. Her demeanor was rude and entirely unprofessional. I haven’t eaten for Hardee’s for years because of their history of sexist advertising, but my partner begged and here we are… The food is fine, so well done to the cashier and food prep staff working under a manger like that.

Ordered 2 burgers plain got everything but a hamburger plain it took 2 times getting my order right while still being over charged. Never again will I come here

We were not impressed with the food, and my husband ordered a choc shake when we left, it was water thin, and not much choc flavor. With hard ice cream how can a shake be so runny??

Rough parking lot and location but inside is clean and people are nice and helpful. Food is okay, typical fast food burgers. They will accommodate low carb requests. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for In-N-Out Burger showing me what a 5 star burger joint looks and tastes like.

Waited 7 minutes for one biscuit 😖 Then a very slim slice of egg. Also the biscuits weren't on sale as I thought & saw online or advertised. Not very friendly service.

I just love going here for breakfast with my son. Hardee’s has the best biscuits!!

The customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. The lady threw my bag of food at me in drive threw my food fell all over by the drive threw window. Then she tells me she isn't replacing it. An that this isn't burger King we don't make it your way. Like how rude after she threw my food at Me. I will not ever return.

Came for lunch and ended up with an upset stomach. The burger and fries were cold.
