Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Staunton

We waited 20 min. For our food and it was cold and the burgers tasted like dead mice smell. Never going back here! Should have known since there wasn't a single car in the parking lot..

Service was good, nice people..food was cold, meals are more than double what they should be

Absolutely terrible food, especially for the price! I've only eaten here a couple of times and every time I end up sick. My most recent visit, I was on my lunch break at work and I ordered a breakfast sandwich. When I got back to work and was sitting down to eat, I opened the Frisco breakfast sandwich and there a was very noticeable section of the sourdough bread that was molded. I couldn't get a replacement or a refund so that was just money wasted. I wouldn't suggest this location to my worst enemy smh...

The food is good. But it is always cold in there and their bathroom is gross

Every time I order here foods cold do better oh shut down like the one in Gillespie did period.

Apparently the restaurant was shorthanded (3 people working), but that is NO EXCUSE to carelessly “complete” an order the way that they did. We paid over $20 for tacos and we got about 1 tablespoon of meat in each one. Very displeased. We have filled out comments in the past and have never received a response to them. “Customer service” at the stores and through their feedback website is just horrible. That is NOT customer service at all !! Hardees just keeps getting worse and worse. NO EXCUSES ACCEPTABLE! I’ve worked in the customer service field for numerous years and I’ve always put first that “quality is more important than quantity”. Slow down and do the job right !! Here is a picture of your POOR QUALITY.

My orders almost always messed up and the last time my fries were literally half raw.

Way overpriced and not that great. The young lady working there was very nice.
