Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Stanleytown

I haven't been to this Hardee's in years. Place looks good and clean and I walked in to hear the manager taking care of business for an issue on an order. The staff were very helpful and super nice. My fries were super fresh and crunchy and my tenders were great making me wish I had the 5 piece. Value was good as well.

Biscuits was good the young lady who waited on me eh. She was slow and waited 10 minutes for a Biscuit that should not take long to prepare. They was not busy inside but now realize why the drive thru was jumping. No one wants to come inside.

Ordered a 10 piece tenders box and received 6 chicken tenders and 4 half sized tenders. Literally could be considered chicken nuggets. This is ridiculous. If I pay roughly $1 per piece ($10.99 for 10) for chicken tenders, then all the tenders should at least be roughly the same size. What a rip off.

Got lunch here and my burger looked put together well with green lettuce and 2 slices of tomato, but it wasn't fixed correctly, and the bun was very stale and the French fries were also stale. I did return the burger to get it fixed right but the mess of a burger that was returned to me was not worth the ridiculous price I paid for the combo deal! It was slopped together with ketchup slathered all over it, trash can-worthy pieces of yellow lettuce heels, and 1 tiny tomato and an unseeded bun on top I would advise anyone against eating at this Hardee's, the food was not good. Too bad I didn't take a picture of the burger I got back. Paying upwards of 13 bucks for a burger and fries of that quality is a 0 star review.

Food was not made to order. Just sitting in the bin for who knows how long. Gravy was cold. I should have looked first and seen the bin full of premade food. My fault.

Got ham biscuit. Biscuit had been under heat lamp to long. I ate the ham,a dog wouldn't eat the biscuit.

Yet another update‼️‼️‼️Left a drink out of my order and when I called I was told that I could come back after the fact I was already home!!! Then I was hung up on. Look at this review!!! Will NOT be back.UPDATE‼️Diet Dr Pepper tastes awful. Items are continually left out. They tell you that they will replace the order they left out, no free drink, pie or anything for your gas and trouble to get what they left out. Not the customers fault even though they make it feel that way‼️‼️‼️‼️UPDATE: 2/17/2021- Always leaves something out!!!!!!!!!! That hasn’t changed at all!! Why I keep going back is my mistake. Won’t happen again!!!!!!!Never fails. ALWAYS leaves out part of the order or puts onions all over your food when you ask for no onions. Quality has gone down hill at this establishment.

What can I say it's Hardee's great sweetie good service at this location and cleanliness is always up to par for my family.
