Breakfast Menu "Hardee's" Spencer

My burger was cold even though the manager said it was hot.. husband had to go up and ask about the fries while crew just stood around and talked... waited for fries, customer service was not there. Young gal was very quiet, didn't ask if I wanted curly or regular, tables dirty, floor sticky and dirty, ketchup empty. A place should be warm and inviting, not I don't care and just get a paycheck.

Definitely won’t eat here again. We came through the drive thru around 8 o’clock. No other cars in line. The girl at the drive thru didn’t understand our order (burgers in lettuce wraps) and it took 20 minutes to get served. We thought that at least our food would be fresh, but it was actually cold AND burnt. Oh, and before we got our food, we were asked for a tip. We didn’t want to risk terrible food, so we tipped, even though it feels ridiculous to tip at a fast food place.

I put my order in to a very rude cashier and then went to sit down in an empty restaurant. When my food arrived twenty minutes later, I thought at least it was made fresh and will be hot. Nope, it was cold, and the fries were cold and greasy. It all went into the garbage.I ate there about two weeks prior and dealt with that same rude employee. I will not be returning!

Good food, decent service. The loaded omelet biscuit was good, a bit crumbly and fell apart but was delicious. That is my go to breakfast sandwich. I will most definitely stop again if I'm back in the area.

We came through the drive through around 8pm and there were no other cars in line and no one in the parking lot. The cashier that took our money was very rude and it took until 816 to get our food. Disappointed

Took 45 mins to get a simple order inside.. Watched the manager grab onion rings outta the freezer with hands that didn't have gloves. He touched multiple things before grabbing them..

It is wonderful you hire special needs individuals....however where was their support today at noon. Food was good but very slow. Had 2 sets of customers walk out due to the caios...

Kid was more interested in counting ketchup packets instead of taking my order. Another employee had to come over and tell him to stop and take my order
